Efficient, friendly and customer first ALWAYS. AC coil was bad but heater in good shape. 360 heating and air didnt suggest a whole new system, just a quote to fix what wasn't working. Technician and owner came to the house to deliver the quote and make suggestions. They also brought portable AC units to keep the house cool before the repair (NO CHARGE). Called on Friday late afternoon, new unit cooling the house on Tuesday. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 360 team for your HVAC needs.

The technicians Kaleb Houston,Steven Lamb and Nathan were very professional and knowledgeable in their job. Nathan is a great young man that seems to be a great student and interested his career and future. I gave them a five star rating because of the respect they showed me.

Our initial contact with 360 was with Taylor Buckley. He was knowledgeable and not trying to "sell us." We contracted with 360 and then, a few days later, Kaleb, Steven and Nathan arrived who worked silently and diligently, leaving no trace of detritus too often affiliated with replacement and installation.. Outcome: Perfect!

Cody, technician arrived on time as promised. Cover the boots for working inside the house. His knowledge of the job is excellent and very clear details of explaining. Carefully listening all of my concerns and giving me the feedback on all of them. The price is great with special discounts.

Cody arrived on time for our scheduled appointment, was extremely respectful, communicated extremely well about what he was going to do, what he was finding with the AC unit and how he planned to fix it. The owner of this business went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible, while getting the job done quickly! They were our second quote vs Fayette Heating and Air. We are "Comfy Club" members with Fayette H&A. With member discounts, we were quoted $1200 to replace a pressure valve, including six hours of labor. We almost submitted to eating that cost, but then I saw a post on Nextdoor complaining about Fayette Heating and Air. In the comments, I found a recommendation for 360 Heating and Air. Cody with 360 made a service run to our home this morning. We are new customers and appreciated them visiting us after a call late the previous day. He gave an honest assessment of our situation and only charged for the service run. He could've taken advantage of our lack of knowledge but didn't. We'll definitely use 360 again!

Kaleb was so helpful. He came out on a Sunday to make sure we had AC working. Supper nice and friendly. Everyone who has came to our house has been wonderful. I contacted 360 to get an estimate on work and a second opinion. I received a call from Peter in their office and he was so professional and helpful that I scheduled an appointment. They kept me up to date with schedule changes. I received a call from Cody W. when he was on his way. When Cody arrived, he was cordial and explained all issues and costs. The team at 360 Heating &Air is exactly WHO you need to contact with your HVAC needs. I gave Ryan a call and he was able to get one of his guys out to see me. Cody came by and evaluated my older AC unit and did an excellent job letting me know what the issues were. After talking with my wife we chose to have our entire system replaced minus the duct work. They were able to get us in the next day. Kaleb and Steven did an excellent job from start to finish! 360 is an all the way around great local company with a great culture!

I have used 360 Heating & Air twice within the last year. I found them through a Facebook search. Both times I have contacted 360 Heating & Air they have been able to send someone out within a reasonable time after reaching out. Both times the service has been completed by Cody. The first time required a capacitor replacement, the second most recent time required replacement of a fuse, cleaning of a filter, checking some wiring, and additional work. Cody was prompt, professional, and extremely efficient both times he has came to complete services. Both time Cody has completed services he explained what the problems are and what he is doing to fix them. Since my most recent service everything is running great, and the both my experiences have been hassle-free. The cost is substantially more competitive to other businesses in Lexington. Absolutely a 5-star company!!! I was looking for a new company after something went wrong with my AC and my old company couldn't -or wouldn't- diagnose it. I have a ductless mini split system and it was hard to find people who were good with that kind of system. I reached out to a friend and was recommended 360 Heating and Air! From the outset, I had a great feeling about them. I was able to speak to one of the owners, Peter, directly and set up an appointment. Cody came out and spent a couple of hours at my house to diagnose the issue, and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! He told me he would run some estimates for repair and replacement, and we set up a time for two days later to go over everything. Cody and Peter showed up right on time, and they were both very courteous and genuinely wanted to get me back up and running. I opted for complete replacement, and the team came the very next day to start the install!! Kaleb, Steven, and Cody were all amazing! They were so professional and really wanted to do the job right. They found a lot of improper installation and not-up-to code issues from my first company, undid all of those issues, and had my new install up in 2 days. They took the extra time and went the extra mile to make sure it was right and up to code! I even received a text from Peter the day after the install to check on me! Thank you so much for helping cool my house off after my HVAC/thermostat decided to not work properly. Technician was very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He checked the entire unit until he figured out my thermostat was not communicating with the unit as it should be. I submitted a request for service on a weekend and someone called me immediately to set up a service call the next day. I did not have to call and talk to a machine in order to receive service as I have had to do in the past with larger companies.

Great service and showed up on time. Really wasn't in a rush just checking on my systems because I felt they weren't running correctly or efficient. Had another company come a week prior and the claimed my compressor was out and maybe some other issues as well. Mind you this unit is still under warranty so I wouldn't have to pay for parts. Estimated cost for jus replacement of compressor and refrigerant $4200. 360 and there staff came to look and found that nothing was wrong with compressor , prob jus low on refrigerant. They are going to come back after it warms consistently and do some maintenance and some efficiency work . I feel they saved me $4200 in unnecessary repairs for my 5 year old unit which I greatly appreciate. My other unit on the other hand is old and been struggling for a while so will need to be replaced. 360 and there staff will definitely get my business when replaced.
