    Great work! Peace of mind! We called advance pest management service (APMS) after seeing a surge in American cockroaches in our home and area. They were kind and knowledgeable about the pest and the problem. They were able to come within 3 days from our initial call. Kevin came to do the inspection and work. A respectful, hard working and knowledgeable young man who worked to inspect the home for any possible points of concern. I had initially sealed dozens of spots that I thought could be a possible issu e, Kevin complimented me on my work and still found problem areas in his inspection. He was a great eye and was able to identify entry and exit areas that needed attention. he applied some product to those areas and within minutes roaches started revealing themselves in the process of dying. The price for the service was worth the price, for Kevin's keen eye, knowledge, kind service and product application. My wife and I have a greater peace of mind in our home because of APMS.

    I had the technician Brian come to my house to do a mosquito and tick treatment. I couldn't enjoy my yard because I was always getting bitten. I'm so happy that I now have no mosquitoes. I would highly recommend Advanced Pest Management.

    Joel was professional and thoroughl I use to have Mahendra but he left the company. So I ended up with Joel and he was just as good.. He came out Sat. June 14th. Checked the areas and listened to my concerns. I appreciate his professionalism. Moving forward I will request him as my technician.

    Job well done as always My 94 year old mom has used their service for the past year and all the technicians and office staff have been great. They have helped control her issue. Today was the first time with the technician Kevin and he was extremely thorough and took time to ensure he treated every nook and cranny of her basement. He called me, as I live a distance from my mom, and communicated exactly what he was doing as he was doing it. Thank you to Kevin and and the entire staff for all they do and their attention to customer service.

    I called for my 92 year old mother and the process could not have been smoother. Lisa and the Office staff have been wonderful to work with. The technician who came to her house,Roger, could not have been nicer. He took his time and answered all questions that I had and explained everything. He was extremely respectful to my mom. Within a couple of days my mom's issue improved dramatically and almost 4 weeks later just about non-existent. We have scheduled a follow up just in case and specifically requested Roger again. Thank you all for your responsiveness and professionalism.

    Biotech saved our building from a terrible Ant infestation. We had them in our apartments and on the roof and in the building structure. Our old exterminator could not get rid of them. The Biotech crew came several times and went into every nook and cranny and now we are Ant free! Thanks Guys!

    Superb! I called and spoke with Lisa. She placed my nerves at ease right away and addressed my concerns. My partner and I moved from a roach free Ridgewood apartment to one with occasional roaches in Glendale. I was doing everything I could to prevent them, but it still wasn't enough. Every other week I would see baby and adult roaches despite my best efforts. Lisa explained the process in detail and assured me that my Senior cat would be ok during the extermination. The exterminator showed up timely calling both my husband and I. The exterminator was in and out of our apartment in less than an hour and did his job thoroughly. Great service and suggestions were also provided. Fingers crossed for zero roaches in our apartment moving forth.

    The Came, They Saw, They Conquered I called Advanced Pest Management over the weekend because I had an infestation of bees on the second floor of my house. It looked like they were getting into the rafters of the house, and we could hear them buzzing all night long. My wife was freaking out that they were going to get inside and then we would have a real problem. The exterminator company that I had been using for 14 years was not only not around on the weekend, but they did not allow their technicians to go up on a ladder. The technician at Advanced knew exactly what to do. He treated it and within 24 hours they were all dead. I would highly recommend Advanced Pest Management for any of your needs in your house. They know what they are doing, they are professional, and very responsive. Thanks again and I look forward to working with them more in the future.
