Great job and great service We are not having service inside at this time. The representative was very professional and he did a fantastic job of making sure the outside of the home was taken care of. We also received the traps that we needed.

Provides high quality service. I have been a client of Advance Pest Management for over 10 years. My business was infected with roaches and mice. 10/10 A++ I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Advanced Pest Management! Having called many (many) other companies in the area before finally finding them, I can honestly say the quality of customer service is unparalleled. Lisa, at ext 203, made the entire process seamless and she was able to get someone to my house that very same day. My technician was amazing- very knowledgeable and sympathetic to my issue, he took the time to listen to me and ensure the right steps got taken to fix my specific issues. Can’t thank them enough!! My pest issue was something that was a huge form of anxiety for me and I’m so grateful to have it resolved so quickly and efficiently. Huge bonus on top of all of this: they’re by far the cheapest I’ve personally found in the area! Signed up for auto-pay today- couldn’t recommend more highly!

Professional service Over the summer, small black ants were invading our floor and we traced that they were coming in from cracks around the perimeter of the room. Tried several ways to stop them, reading online suggestions or hacks.
I finally gave up and called AE. They came in and looked around and they started their work.

The ants just stopped completely, even the centipedes and spiders haven’t been around anymore. They come here to perform their checkups and treatment every 3 months. It’s well worth the feeling that I can let my children run around and not be afraid they’re being tormented by these pests or critters mingling in their toy boxes, clothing, or furniture.
Thank you AE for your exceptional service and professional staff!
P.S. During the recent visit, one of their professional staff members was doing a routine checkup. He found that I had bugs in the previous traps and he even saw one in the corner. He picked up and replaced the traps, even the icky cricket that I was grossed out to pick up and throw out. That shows the level of dedication to me!

Antonio was excellent and very experienced. Very professional, I want to use him for my yearly maintenance. I called and left a message , my call was returned promptly . The agent Lisa handled my issues exceptionally . I highly recommend this company and ask for Antonio.

I have used Advanced for many years when I discovered termites in my home. They come when they say they will be there and they do a great job. I had an issue with once and when I complained the owner of the company paid me a visit to resolve the issue - when would that happen with the big chain companies? Never! Recently I had an infestation with those tiny ants in my kitchen. I called late in the day and a tech came the very next day and resolved my issue with environmentally safe products you can use around anyone and your pets. The tech was a very nice young man who got rid of the ants in and around my home. Advanced Pest is a business you can trust!
