Very reliable We had a bad infestation of roaches. These people are reliable and used the best and safest products to address the issue. I am happy to say that the problem is resolved.

Very Detailed and Knowledgeable Service The technician, Antonio, was extremely knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining the habits of various critters. He was very professional and thorough and put us at ease. He explained everything that he was doing, why he was doing it and gave us helpful information about the products he was using. The receptionist was fantastic as well - very friendly and responsive. The invoice was sent timely and the office seems very organized.

The staff was very professional and friendly I was able to walk in there office and pick a plan that was suited for me. I left the office with a sense of accomplishment. There were able to schedule me for the following day. They arrived on time and my tenants told me they went above and beyond. They also guarantee there work for thirty days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Will use them again if a problem arises. Thank You again and God Bless.

Classy Technician was friendly, professional and explained everything he was doing inside and outside of the house. Just had it down on 5/14/2019. So cannot say whether it worked or not. We shall see

Consistently excellent service with the most kind and professional exterminator staff I've ever experienced Advance Pest Management is contracted by my landlord here in NYC and I've had consistently great experiences with the technicians who have been prompt, professional and courteous. I think it's good to share positive experiences because this is a tough job and they do it well. My unit hasn't been renovated so unfortunately each spring those little industrious ants like to invade our home seeking sugar and water (apparently) finding new cracks/crevices in our windows and long the pipes to sneak in. Scheduling is very personalized and the woman on the phone is always very kind and follows up very quickly to confirm dates/times. The technicians who come are always very prompt, arriving within the early half of the window and not taking too much time while also being friendly and polite, but not too informal or sloppy - which sometimes happens, and I get it - you're in the field all day and someone's friendly, but as a woman, it sometimes makes you worry if the technician is being too comfortable/familiar in your own home - which I NEVER experience that with these folks, they're super professional!! - and also just get the job done without hurting my pets.

Great service, highly recommended.

Great Service by Antonio Antonio was really insightful and generous with his time. He is clearly very experienced and was able to assist my home infestation in the most approachable way. It seemed very daunting but he encouraged me to keep working through it and educated me on how to eradicate pests around the property. I am really glad I called Advanced Pest Managemnet Services and went with a local service.

Excellent service, saw a difference within two days. Everything the Tech said would happen actually did. We are extremely happy and will be calling back for our next treatment.
