    Used Suburban until a friend recommended Advanced I was using Suburban for a roach problem and was not satisfied with the results. A friend recommended Advanced and found them to be very professional and effective in treating my queens multiple dwelling. Reasonably priced too!

    Tenants like the technicians as well.

    Dear Outside customers: I started with Advanced back in October 2015 at which time I requested their initial package I had a roach problem. I noticed the difference immediately and it's been wonderful since. I have monthly visits now and will continue until I cant no more. I don't see those little creatures any more. I would recommend them to anyone who would ask and I have done so to a number of my neighbors. Everyone at Advanced are helpful, very nice and professional. My monthly visits from them are on time and exact. I give them 5 stars *****

    Professional, courteous, effective company! Originally had a roach and mice problem in the house. Advanced Pest Management solved the roach problem after two to three visits and the mice problem has decreased exponentially. The technicians are very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional during their visits. Expect to be mice-free very soon!

    I give it a three star Though I kept this account for a long time, sometimes I feel quarterly service can be much better than it is as provided- some technicians are great and some shows a work with no result-sad! Customer service is great- worth 5 star but it is the result I am concerned about!

    Hi Mohammed. I appreciate your honesty and staying with my company since 2007. However, Quarterly service is not frequent enough if you see roaches. I will have my office reach out to you. You will need monthly service. The first one is on us!! Thanks again!!

    Highly recommend. I have 3 multiple dwellings as well as 2 warehouses. I had problems with roaches, bed bugs & rats. Saw an immediate improvement from our previous exterminator.

    Always excellent, prompt service. Long-term customer (preventive outdoor services). They are always on time for appointments, perform service quickly & effectively, and answer questions or point out potential issues intelligently. When I have called for service out of the usual cycle, they have come quickly and remedied the issue with one visit. Neighbors have used Advanced on my recommendation, and they have also been satisfied.

    MOUSE PROBELM I hired your company back in Novemeber of 2015, ironically my first visit from your company was on my wedding anniversary 11/21/15, "Happy Anniversary to me" !!! LOL, but on a very serious note I found you guys to be terrific. For months I was back and forth arguing with my landlord to fix this siutaion and I had enough especially because of the rent both me and my husband pay we deserve the best. The extermaintors that come to my house are great they check every room and all the traps and even clean up the traps if dusty or dirty and I have not seen one mouse since then and I do highly recommend your company to anyone. I love the dedication that your company gives and service the exterminators give. Keep up the good work you guys are Great !!!.

    Excellent job, thorough and professional We were completely satisfied with the visit to our Brooklyn brownstone by Advanced Pest Management Services. We were infested with sidewalk ants and the employee who did the work was thorough and knowledgeable, explaining the nature of the problem and what they were doing to eliminate it. They will return for a check-up three more times which we wanted. Based on our experience, we would certainly recommend this company to our neighbors.

    The Best Of The Best IIII I love this company they came out when I need them the most and very much understood my needs. I didn't know what was happening with my kids, they kept on waking up with these bite marks, I called and spoke with one of the represenative asked me a few questions and boy they were on the ball. Sure enough they solved my problem & now I'm just usesing them as just regular maintiance services.

    Have their service since 2012 and they are thorough, reliable, friendly and great at resolving any issue that might come up. No roaches in all that time. My tech always shows up almost at exact same time every month. They are also very easy to reschedule if nobody is at home.
