    Excellent job, thorough and professional We were completely satisfied with the visit to our Brooklyn brownstone by Advanced Pest Management Services. We were infested with sidewalk ants and the employee who did the work was thorough and knowledgeable, explaining the nature of the problem and what they were doing to eliminate it. They will return for a check-up three more times which we wanted. Based on our experience, we would certainly recommend this company to our neighbors.

    Advanced PMS is using comprehensive technology to follow up and schedule appointments - after 3 months of services I'm still waiting for results, I do understand it take time though.

    Highly recommend Advanced! Thorough inspections by a qualified tech. I feel like my home is protected by the best possible company. Personal attention -excellent, responsive staff not some big corporation who doesn't care about the individual because Advanced a local business. Friendly and competent - can you ask for more?

    The Best Of The Best IIII I love this company they came out when I need them the most and very much understood my needs. I didn't know what was happening with my kids, they kept on waking up with these bite marks, I called and spoke with one of the represenative asked me a few questions and boy they were on the ball. Sure enough they solved my problem & now I'm just usesing them as just regular maintiance services.

    Have their service since 2012 and they are thorough, reliable, friendly and great at resolving any issue that might come up. No roaches in all that time. My tech always shows up almost at exact same time every month. They are also very easy to reschedule if nobody is at home.

    I received service from this company twice so far. Both technicians were right on time, and SUPER friendly. They were very thorough and did not get annoyed at me after asking them lots of questions. The second technician even took the time to check outside my home when he noticed a draft coming into the basement. I am currently receiving monthly service for all pests because I have a garden in my backyard and unfortunately with that comes ants, centipedes, spiders etc. I am definitely going to continue using this company because they are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about what they are doing.

    I work for a senior citizens center and for many years we have used Advanced Pest Management to take care of and control any pest problems we may encounter. From the office staff to the exterminators, everyone that I deal with is professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. If I need them to come on an unscheduled day, they make every effort to squeeze us in. I highly recommend Advanced Pest Management Services Inc. for all your "pest" problems!

    They are the best exterminators. We have a girl who comes to our job and a guy who comes to our home and they are the greatest! They are both so kind and friendly, very respectful! They both will do anything we need, if we need new mice catchers at work, or roach killer at home they take the time and do all of it! We've had the same people for years and wouldn't change it!

    i own several small buildings in brooklyn ny.i have been using advanced pest mgmt for approx 10 years regularly for mice, and roaches. i also use their services for bed bugs when needed. this company is highly organized from initial appointment thru service and thru followup. calls and concerns are always addressed promptly. they have always been successful in the eradication of bed bugs when needed. their staff has always been very polite to my tenants.

    Warm, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, professional, affordable & thorough... if you're living through a bedbug episode, these are the qualities you're looking for in an extermination company. I called at least ten other companies before finding Advanced. Prices of other companies ranged from $3000 down to $500 but it was the customer service that ultimately made me choose them. I was freaked out & they calmed me right down; talked me through next steps, answered all of my questions & even separated fact from fiction. Their techs are so thorough & so dear. They know the toll it takes on a family & truly put my mind at ease. I'm thankful I found them & I highly recommend them. (Aaaaaaaand by the way - we haven't seen any more bugs or bites since their last treatment! ...exhale...)

    Recently I've been plague with roaches and was totally freaked out. I looked at several exterminators but they charged ridiculously high prices. Advanced Pest had reasonable rates, arrived within the window of time & the technician was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I would absolutely recommend them based on my experience and would use them again when necessary. There was no contract and if I am ever so unfortunate to need their help again, I wouldn't hesitate to use their services. Based on my experience over the course of a couple months, I recommend them highly.

    I have a shop in a very industrial area and was plagued with rodents. we tried to handle it ourselves for months but was unsuccessful. after only two months using advanced we were rodent free! the service was A+++++ and the staff is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

    Advanced Pest Management was great! I called because I had a mouse problem and the office staff was extremely helpful and informative over the phone. They were actually able to make an appointment for me that same day. When the technician arrived I explained where I thought the problem was and he did not only search that area, but took his time to review other potential areas of concern. The technician was extremely knowledgeable in his field giving me the comfort level the job would get done appropriately. Overall, this company was professional, reliable, affordable and most of all - they took care of my problem! I would use them in the future and highly recommend to those in need.

    Highly recommend. I have 3 multiple dwellings as well as 2 warehouses. I had problems with roaches, bed bugs & rats. Saw an immediate improvement from our previous exterminator.

    I love this place. I had a little problem that the landlord of course did not want to pay to deal with so I took on the liberty and set myself up with these guys. Sure enough, problem solved. I also THOUGHT I had another problem, went there with a dead bug in an envelope and everyone was so nice there in dealing with me, identifying the bug and telling me about the situation with it. Great people, great business! thanks guys!

    The team over at Advanced has been responsive beyond expectation. My group owns various properties thru out NY and went thru multiple vendors to service our pest care needs before finding Advanced. We were beginning to think that performing the basic pest management at our properties was an unobtainable task with never ending funds being exhausted...until the success we have been enjoying with the Advanced Team. Pest Management is no longer an issue that we even have to consider as they are on top of all requirements with programs that are cost effective and even more importantly...GET THE JOB DONE!. We look forward to expanding our real estate holdings as well as our business relationship with Willie and his team.

    Advanced Pest Management was extremely professional. They asked all the right questions, they were able to trouble shoot and find solutions to our problems. While we were planning a house party we noticed we had uninvited guests - ants! I had expressed that I needed someone rather quickly to resolve this issue - they not only came the same day they resolved the issue and we had a successful party! Their technicians use the most safe and effective methods and were extremely knowledgable in their field. They were reliable, effective and affordable. Highly recommend a service plan - rest assured no more ants here!!
