    Advanced Exterminating made an extremely stressful and difficult situation (A.K.A. BED BUGS) manageable and resolvable!!!! I cannot express enough gratitude to Barbara Prestigiacoma, for her expertise, advice, kindness, patience and responsiveness. She, along with the professional exterminators who treated the apartment on October 19th and October 26th, are tremendous assets to Advanced Exterminating, and I do hope they receive the recognition they deserve from William & Jennifer P, who own this company.

    I found had a problem in one of rentals after the last tenant left the apartment, upon inspecting the apartment I found that I had a roach promblem and bed bugs, I immediatly contacted Advanced Exterminating because they were a local company, they were very helpful and knowledgeable and the owner of the company "William" came to the building within a half hour and actually pointed out all my problem areas before I was able to tell him what they were, I was convinced right there that this was the man for the job, I made an appointment for the following day, they were there exactly on time, my problems were taking care of in one visit, and thier prices were very reasonable. I would use them if needed again anjd I recomend them 100 %. Mr Richard Lawrence Longo
