    Superb! I called and spoke with Lisa. She placed my nerves at ease right away and addressed my concerns. My partner and I moved from a roach free Ridgewood apartment to one with occasional roaches in Glendale. I was doing everything I could to prevent them, but it still wasn't enough. Every other week I would see baby and adult roaches despite my best efforts. Lisa explained the process in detail and assured me that my Senior cat would be ok during the extermination. The exterminator showed up timely calling both my husband and I. The exterminator was in and out of our apartment in less than an hour and did his job thoroughly. Great service and suggestions were also provided. Fingers crossed for zero roaches in our apartment moving forth.

    The Came, They Saw, They Conquered I called Advanced Pest Management over the weekend because I had an infestation of bees on the second floor of my house. It looked like they were getting into the rafters of the house, and we could hear them buzzing all night long. My wife was freaking out that they were going to get inside and then we would have a real problem. The exterminator company that I had been using for 14 years was not only not around on the weekend, but they did not allow their technicians to go up on a ladder. The technician at Advanced knew exactly what to do. He treated it and within 24 hours they were all dead. I would highly recommend Advanced Pest Management for any of your needs in your house. They know what they are doing, they are professional, and very responsive. Thanks again and I look forward to working with them more in the future.

    It is stressful worrying about unwanted bugs or rodents. I signed up for the yearly seasonal service. My worries are gone after their first visit to my house. Having the piece of mind with their service, now I can live stress-free! Highly recommend them!

    I usually don't write reviews but for this company I will make the exception. I had situation with these annoying Lantern Flies all over. I called this company and spoke to an extremely helpful and professional person by the name of Lisa. She made me feel extremely comfortable and set an appointment for me. The technician Michael came to my house. He was very professional also explained to me everything that was going on and what he was going to do. I must say after previous experiences with different companies I wasn't too sure would work. But I must say it's been 3 to 4 days and I've only seen a couple of those Annoying lantern flies. I highly recommend this company for anyone that's considering any type of extermination.

    Service is impeccable! Liz and Lisa are always professional , kind and supportive scheduling appointments I have had exterminator tech Marilyn 3 times now to my home. She is the best man on the team.
    This woman is down on her hands and knees inspecting, treating and providing informative information at the same time. I couldn't be more happy with the service at Advanced Pest !

    Absolutely best company out there!! This company by far is the best out there. They are so nice and they get the job done. I wouldn’t use anyone else ever again. Completely satisfied with the work they do. Mike and Lisa are just wonderful people. I had a terrible hornet problem outside and it would ruin my summer , Mike came and the problem is gone I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

    Have used Advanced off and on for over a decade. They recently solved a rat problem that was spreading in the backyards of multiple neighbors without any assistance from our Mayor and Rat Czar. Have many friends and family who use them all over Queens and Brooklyn who have never had a complaint. Gotta comment on the negative reviews. It reads like some people expect an exterminator to be an instant fix for pest and rodent problems. It doesn't work like that and no exterminator can never guarantee 100% effectiveness. Some ongoing service and maintenance is required. Don't ever blame an exterminator on your own dirty habits, poor construction & maintenance of your home, apartment and/or neighborhood. There's never one mouse! And have someone take the kids and pets for a walk while service is being done.

    I spoke to Lisa regarding a swarmer ant problem. She was amazing at helping me set an appointment. She was very responsive and caring. Mike arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job at making sure the entire area was properly treated. Would highly recommend!
