    It is stressful worrying about unwanted bugs or rodents. I signed up for the yearly seasonal service. My worries are gone after their first visit to my house. Having the piece of mind with their service, now I can live stress-free! Highly recommend them!

    I usually don't write reviews but for this company I will make the exception. I had situation with these annoying Lantern Flies all over. I called this company and spoke to an extremely helpful and professional person by the name of Lisa. She made me feel extremely comfortable and set an appointment for me. The technician Michael came to my house. He was very professional also explained to me everything that was going on and what he was going to do. I must say after previous experiences with different companies I wasn't too sure would work. But I must say it's been 3 to 4 days and I've only seen a couple of those Annoying lantern flies. I highly recommend this company for anyone that's considering any type of extermination.

    Service is impeccable! Liz and Lisa are always professional , kind and supportive scheduling appointments I have had exterminator tech Marilyn 3 times now to my home. She is the best man on the team.
    This woman is down on her hands and knees inspecting, treating and providing informative information at the same time. I couldn't be more happy with the service at Advanced Pest !

    Absolutely best company out there!! This company by far is the best out there. They are so nice and they get the job done. I wouldn’t use anyone else ever again. Completely satisfied with the work they do. Mike and Lisa are just wonderful people. I had a terrible hornet problem outside and it would ruin my summer , Mike came and the problem is gone I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

    Have used Advanced off and on for over a decade. They recently solved a rat problem that was spreading in the backyards of multiple neighbors without any assistance from our Mayor and Rat Czar. Have many friends and family who use them all over Queens and Brooklyn who have never had a complaint. Gotta comment on the negative reviews. It reads like some people expect an exterminator to be an instant fix for pest and rodent problems. It doesn't work like that and no exterminator can never guarantee 100% effectiveness. Some ongoing service and maintenance is required. Don't ever blame an exterminator on your own dirty habits, poor construction & maintenance of your home, apartment and/or neighborhood. There's never one mouse! And have someone take the kids and pets for a walk while service is being done.

    I spoke to Lisa regarding a swarmer ant problem. She was amazing at helping me set an appointment. She was very responsive and caring. Mike arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job at making sure the entire area was properly treated. Would highly recommend!

    we had carpenter ants inthe second floor bedroom, and I had other companies and exterminators try to get rid of them The EXTERMINATOR came who works for this company is incredible. His name is MEHANDRA. he explained where they were coming from what we need to do and what he was going to do step-by-step and after months of no one able to solve problem-he did it i also used MEHANDRA in cousins apartment Which had mice-Within five minutes, he found where the holes are where the other exterminators looked, but couldn't find anything He also is very patient and explains everything as he Works

    Truly great service. After having bed bug issues in my apartment, Lisa was so communicative and calmed all of my worries, she could not have been kinder or more understanding. She was able to get someone to come out immediately the next day to spray my apartment, and walked me through all of the preparation I needed to do before the treatment was done. I called to schedule my next spray and she asked me how I was doing, as I was a mess the day before, and again was able to calm any of my worries. I could not have asked for a kinder person to help me through this whole process, and I can not express how grateful I am for not only their customer service but also their knowledge and expertise. The best of the best- will never use anyone else!

    They were extremely courteous and professional when I first called and extremely prompt in understanding my situation and on getting someone over to me in such a timely fashion. The Exterminator arrived within the time slot allocated. Assessed the situation and was quickly able to correct the problem. I would highly recommend them and be using them again whenever needed.
