    we had carpenter ants inthe second floor bedroom, and I had other companies and exterminators try to get rid of them The EXTERMINATOR came who works for this company is incredible. His name is MEHANDRA. he explained where they were coming from what we need to do and what he was going to do step-by-step and after months of no one able to solve problem-he did it i also used MEHANDRA in cousins apartment Which had mice-Within five minutes, he found where the holes are where the other exterminators looked, but couldn't find anything He also is very patient and explains everything as he Works

    Truly great service. After having bed bug issues in my apartment, Lisa was so communicative and calmed all of my worries, she could not have been kinder or more understanding. She was able to get someone to come out immediately the next day to spray my apartment, and walked me through all of the preparation I needed to do before the treatment was done. I called to schedule my next spray and she asked me how I was doing, as I was a mess the day before, and again was able to calm any of my worries. I could not have asked for a kinder person to help me through this whole process, and I can not express how grateful I am for not only their customer service but also their knowledge and expertise. The best of the best- will never use anyone else!

    They were extremely courteous and professional when I first called and extremely prompt in understanding my situation and on getting someone over to me in such a timely fashion. The Exterminator arrived within the time slot allocated. Assessed the situation and was quickly able to correct the problem. I would highly recommend them and be using them again whenever needed.

    Mahindra Gobin is the best! I had other technicians but Mahindra was the best! He was very thorough. I only wanted his service and availability but it sucks I will be charged extra if they reschule bec I didnt want other exterminators but him. Thats not good service but bec of Mahindra, I still keep the service for maintenance.

    Marilyn , Our Exterminator I live at 18 72 Putnam Ave. l’ve lived here for over 5 years. We have had plenty of exterminators. Once the exterminator leaves we continue to have issues with the roaches to the point l stop the exterminator from coming in. In the last 3 months a new exterminator by the above name has come to service our apartment. She does an EXCELLENT job, ever since she has exterminating especially the roaches & sometimes mouses are dropping like dead flies, not only on the day she exterminates. Ms. Marilyn is very PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS and HARDWORKING. Keep up the GREAT work. Thank You M.P

    So far, so good. We had a horrendous, ongoing rat problem in our apartment building: so bad, that they had chewed through the outer window sills to enter the walls. After just one initial visit, the situation has considerably improved! Thank you so much for this!
