    Chris from Advanced Pest had stopped to start he made himself available same day as my call to request service, that in itself is amazing. He was extremely friendly and he laid down everything that was going to be done and what specifically he was looking for. He was knowledgeable in explaining everything he was doing and made the family feel at ease. This was my first service and now really hoping my rodent problem is over or at the minimum heavily reduced. Thank you Chris and Advanced Pest Team!

    Andrew was Awesome very thorough. Focused putting traps where they were our main concern. Even found were the mice were potentially coming in from. He went above and beyond. Thank you Andrew see you next month for the maintenance. ? Thank you Lisa as well for handling our accounts and always being courteous and helpful.

    He was great, did not rush, very thorough which i appreciated. Only thing is my window was scheduled between 8-10 and he got there at 7:45. In the future would prefer a 30 min warning especially coming before the window.

    Advanced is thee premier exterminating company you want to call if you ever have any pest problems They are quick to help resolve any and all issues. Their employee Alan is probably the best employee they have ever sent to my home and I've been using them for over 10 yrs. Alan is TOP NOTCH all around and hope they keep sending him to my home. Outstanding ?'? Update: 3/14/26 I have them come every 3 months for preventative measures and this time Rashad came a d let me just say he is one of the nicest people Ive ever dealt with. He was very good at what was needed to be done and did it at a good pace. He was top notch all around

    Mario from Nextgen Amazing work..well versed in finding the best solution for my infestation..he took his time and explained the process..was amazingly friendly to my dog and was able to work with me on a time frame to do the job accordingly..highly recommend no only Nextgen but Mario as well as the tech to do the job!!

    Miss advani is a very sweet lady who guided me to successfully passing my first pesticide nydec exam she pointed out exactly what was on the actual test thoroughly i am grateful for her assitance and i reccomend her to anyone who has interest in learning how to be an IPM specialist its a lucrative career she is very experienced in this field
