I want to acknowledge Joel who has been servicing my house. Had issues with mice and water bugs. Joel is very personable, professional and patient. Takes the time to answer your questions. Moving forward I now want Joel as my exterminator. Joel should be recognized for his work ethic as he represents Advanced Pest Management. So far I have not had issues!

My experience with this company was A+++. I found myself with mice. I called and Edgar initially came out. Edgar was so knowledgeable, kind and professional. I had a million questions and he had a million answers. Initially, Edgar and his partner did a thorough search for holes, put down bait and traps, cleaned up well afterwards and planned to come back because of a hole behind cabinets, basically unreachable, that he didn't have the tools to plug at the time. Then, when I called back, Edgar wasn't available so he arranged for his boss to come asap! Eddie and Patrick came the 2nd time and did another thorough search. They laid additional traps and bait but were able to confirm that the traffic was minimal so the initial treatment was working. Honestly, if you're hesitant of the cost, know that it's worth it because this company will continue to come until the job is completely taken care of. I got an immediate response as soon as I reached back out and everyone is so kind and respectful! Eddie and Patrick even took off their shoes when they came in which I was really appreciative of (because despite having mice, I can be meticulous about keeping the apartment clean).

Good service I've been using this service for a few months now and so far, so good. They are prompt and service is provided in a timely manner. They are flexible and communicate well. My mom's house developed a mice problem this fall. Not knowing who to call, I found Advanced Pest Mgt online. It was a good and professional experience right from the beginning. They got right back to me, they scheduled an appointment. The service tech came on time, was very thorough and investigated and treated both inside and outside the home. He didn't rush thru the job. He took his time, explaining what he was doing as he worked. Overall a very good experience. I highly recommend.

I had bees building a nest inside my wall of my house in my yard. I called and they sent someone who was professional and got the job done and they gave me a 90 day warranty. Some places only give 30 days warranty. they took care of it and haven't seen any since! Highly recommend!

Jose is the best exterminator I have ever worked with. He was just at my apartment yesterday, and took care of everything. Not only that, but when I requested his services, he was here the very next day. I couldn't believe how fast he arrived. He came prepared for any situation that he might have found. The last time he was here he was so thorough that I didn't see a bug for over 4 months! He is also one of the nicest people I know. I can't recommend Jose enough. If you have any kind of pest problems, Jose is your man!

If we could give 6 stars, I would. From my first call with Lisa to Jose leaving after completing the job, I have rarely felt myself in the hands of such competence. We were dealing with a yellowjacket infestation in the exterior wall of our children's room and were desperate. Lisa expertly took care of everything needed for their services to be provided in our co-op building from the quote to the COI to the scope of work. Jose showed up on time, took care in our home, and asked lots of questions to fully understand and diagnose the problem we'd been having. He took his time, explained everything, and treated the entire service call as if it was his own home he was treating. While we hope we never see him again, I recommend Advanced Pest Management, Lisa, and Jose without hesitation and wouldn't hesitate to make them my first call in the future.

We called advance pest management service (APMS) after seeing a surge in American cockroaches in our home and area. They were kind and knowledgeable about the pest and the problem. They were able to come within 3 days from our initial call. Kevin came to do the inspection and work. A respectful, hard working and knowledgeable young man who worked to inspect the home for any possible points of concern. I had initially sealed dozens of spots that I thought could be a possible issu e, Kevin complimented me on my work and still found problem areas in his inspection. He was a great eye and was able to identify entry and exit areas that needed attention. he applied some product to those areas and within minutes roaches started revealing themselves in the process of dying. The price for the service was worth the price, for Kevin's keen eye, knowledge, kind service and product application. My wife and I have a greater peace of mind in our home because of APMS.

I called for my 92 year old mother and the process could not have been smoother. Lisa and the Office staff have been wonderful to work with. The technician who came to her house,Roger, could not have been nicer. He took his time and answered all questions that I had and explained everything. He was extremely respectful to my mom. Within a couple of days my mom's issue improved dramatically and almost 4 weeks later just about non-existent. We have scheduled a follow up just in case and specifically requested Roger again. Thank you all for your responsiveness and professionalism.
