    Called airworx after waking up to a hot house. The technician, Jason, called me back within a few minutes and was at my house within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to get my AC working again. He was very professional. Highly recommend!

    Today I had a new air conditioning system installed on my townhouse. I want to thank Lauren in customer service, Daniel the comfort adviser, Adrian and Lazaro the service technicians for an excellent experience with Airworks. I have been a maintenance customer since 2016 and recommend Airworks!

    Fantastic company to deal with. From service , educating the consumer, sales, and installation everything was 5 stars. Would have liked to push the old unit down the road a bit further but it was 25 years old. The replacement is a Trane with a 10 year warranty, Energy savings alone will pay for itself in a few years. Thank you Airworx ?

    AIrworx is a top-notch honest AC company. They did the original AC install for my tiny home. WHen the split unit ceased to cool, two years later they came right out and diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, the part was not readily available, but they were great on updating me on when the part would arrive and they also temporarily got the unit to cool until the new part arrived. After further inspection they decided that they could fix the unit without the new part and saved me $200 in the process. I would like to commend both Pilar in the office and Dylan the technician for their dedication and communication.

    YEAH! First time user and there were some problems on install of 2 complete new Trane units. Many Dollars spent! I highly recommend this company. The end result was a story of follow through by them in the kind of business that receives crappy reviews when all is not perfect (just like we aren't). When the need for adjustments came up they listened but also wanted to educate which was not really what I wanted to hear. When I was able to speak they listened more. Tell me if you can help is what I wanted to know. (They are successful in their business and if it were not for their office staff of, "The Honcho" Lauren, (my name for her), Pilar the dedicated "Backup Honcho" and Cynthia, the ultimate sweet voiced calming listener and problem solver, the company may not have been in this review. They worked to keep the ball in play which is so important in a company that is stretched thin sometimes in being able to reach the person that is able to make a decision. It ended with the good results that I have experienced with them). The field staff that I met AND OBSERVED, were obviously experienced and dedicated to getting it right. It was today, 4/10/24, that the issue I had wanted taken care of, resulted in a follow up visit that resolved the problem through the meticulous work of Jason, the Service Technician. His organization, preparedness and demeaner were all top shelf.

    I have used them for over 10 years and referred them to friends my experience has been excellent. I have a service contract: 2x yearly. The technicians are through and I purchased a new a/c system a year ago from them they gave me good options and answered all my questions so I could make the best choice for me. Honest reliable!

    I work for a company that has completed several projects with Airworx. Their prices are reasonable, their office staff helpful and their technicians are professional and knowledgeable. When I personally needed a new AC system, I called Dennis. He sent a technician over to see exactly what we had and what we needed. His proposal was competitive and detailed. He worked with me over the holidays to schedule our install when it was convenient for me. The install crew removed the old and installed the new quickly, neatly, and efficiently. I highly recommend Airworx for any AC needs.

    I have tried many other AC companies in the past and none of them even come close to the customer service that I received from Airworx! Airworx is by far the best HVAC company that services West Palm Beach, FL. We just had a coil replaced and the technician did an excellent job. He was very professional, meticulous and kept us informed on everything he was doing. Our system is working perfectly now and we are very pleased with the service that we received from Airworx. A extremely trustworthy company! Thank you Airworx for doing such a outstanding job!

    Airworx installed a new Trane unit within a day of ordering it. The installers were friendly and very professional and it was very tight and difficult install. everything including new thermostat works perfectly and the follow up was great. Airworx is new to us, but I'm very comfortable getting the 10year labor warranty to cover what Trane won't from Airworx.

    My A.C was broken for two weeks and every other A.C. Company that came to my house to check on it offered me ridiculous rates. However when working with Airworx they provided me great rates with a reliable price breakdown. They were so easy to work with and accommodating to my time. Definitely would use their services again!

    Airworx is a great company with great customer serbice. They are always available. I needed them to come service my unit on a Sunday night. No questions asked, they showed up very quickly and serviced the unit to ensure my house was cool to sleep. I continue to use them with their maintenance plan which is hassle free up keep of system i purchased through Airworx. I recommend them to everyone.
