    This was my first time buying an AC unit. I got five quotes and Airworx was among the most competitive. The staff is very nice and felt like genuine straight shooters. My AC is on the roof and they are notorious in my community for leaking into the inside stairwell, so they tried a new way to do it, up on a curb, and it looks great - no leaks and it's been raining like crazy the past few weeks since the install. Very happy, definitely recommend Airworx!

    I've used Airworx several times and have always been extremely pleased. Polite and professional staff at every position and very fair pricing. Most contractor dealings end up being quite a hassle for one reason or another. My most recent technician Wilbert was exceptional. Perfectly on time, polite, patient (willing to explain the situation thoroughly for a layman), and clearly very skilled in his craft. Very highly recommended!

    We had an issue with our condenser unit outside the house. Being a Sunday morning and a holiday weekend, I honestly did not think that I would get someone to service the unit until Tuesday. Airworx was able to have a technician out before noon. Mike diagnosed the problem, stated that the parts needed were under warranty and that he will be back to remedy the situation once the needed part is in hand. I was SO impressed with the promptness, knowledge and professionalism of this company that I even called the owner of the company to express my feelings. The owner actually picked up the phone on a holiday weekend to answer my call! Now THAT is what I call customer service! Airworx deserves an above five star rating and a loyal customer for years to come.

    SUPER HAPPY! Airworx is a Fantastic company that truly cares and isn't out to hustle anyone. The man Robinson showed up on time. Knew right away everything I was trying to explain from the previous company that tried telling us we needed to basically get a new unit or literally spend over $10,000. Robinson came here, on time, was very professional, kind, Genuine, worked hard and timely and totally got the job done. He got our AC unit cleaned up put back together and all around fixed up! Looking and running Brand New!! After a year of it actually beeing shut down, pulled apart and "broken". (From previous company) Robinson/Airworx is Amazing. We could had easily gotten at the Least told we need something new to get replaced, but Thankfully he'd gotten it fixed up, looking Brand New & running Perfect!! Blown away from the amazing job he had done. Life saver!!! Our family and myself are SUPER GREATFUL!!! and thankful for Airworx/Robinson! Great Company! Definitely recommend for anyone with any budget! Thank you!!

    Once again I would like to compliment AIRWORX Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Inc., on another outstanding service appointment. The technician, Mr. Anderson was extremely polite, and professional. He exercised all COVID-19 precautions., wearing his protective gear, etc. He was expertly proficient in all aspects of his maintenance, and noticed that I needed my capacitor replaced. Each time that AIRWORX has performed maintenance, I am extremely satisfied, and I appreciate the recommendations.

    Service Over & Above - 5-Star Review Airworx provided service Over & Above! We would like to commend one employee in particular, Edgar, a skilled technician, who carefully assessed our home, and recommended the best AC on the market, a Trane. After the initial installation - thanks also to Michael & Vernon - Edgar returned twice to make sure all aspects of the installation, including the air handler, would pass inspection the first time. His work is second to none! The Trane Smart Control, also his recommendation, is like having a Smart Phone on your wall! We will highly recommend Airworx on Google, Yelp, Facebook, and next door, which goes out to over 40 communities in Indian Spring. We look forward to being an Airworx customer in the years to come.     Profesional detailed I called Airworx to do regular maintenance on my Central Air conditioner on 09/15/20 and they were at my door on 09/16/20. The tech (Robinson) that came to the house was extremely polite explained everything that he did. He definitely followed CDC guidelines on COVID had a mask on and gloves. By the time he left my hose the AC sounded better and even felt better. As a Manager of a retail store, Robinson definitely exemplifies the true meaning of customer service. I will be using this company again.

    I had some work done at my mothers home and they sent Edgar to do the work. He was wonderful. He explained everything he was doing he cleaned up when he was done. Just a wonderful experience with a very knowledgeable person and a great company.

    Best air conditioning company around. from the moment I calledTo schedule service they really treated me like a valued customer. My service technician Wilbert was very professional and and courteous. They showed up Exactly when promised and there was no hidden charges. They are very honest and reliable.I will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend Airworx for its Professionalism, honesty and great service.     Effective Diagnostic & Repair Skills - Quality Service - On-time I assisted my elderly neighbor with her booking her AC repair. Airworx was easy to contact and book an appointment with, despite CONVID and condo rules. Two guys came who were effective with their diagnostic skill and repaired the problem. Quality Service & On-time. I recommended Airworx because I hired the company to replace my AC unit w/in the last 5 years. They are a good company providing good service.

    Edgar was sent to service my repairs on Feb. 1st He was very helpful very professional and informative. He went above and beyond for us. The worst thing that can pretty much go wrong with your central air happened too us. He made an expensive repair as pleasant as it could be. He made sure to get the house temperature comfortable before shutting it off to finish his work. He left the part that was replaced behind for us which to me means they are trustworthy. I called this company on a Saturday when I realized my air wasn't working, they came within an hour and that went smooth as well. Kudos to them! It feels great too give a good review on a local business that truely worked it!

    Carlos Luis Garcia and an additional Luis From airworks in West Palm Beach installed our RHEEM air condition unit After three years of problems with the old one. They arrived on time they worked very hard and very professionally only entered our house after asking. They cleaned the entire garage including a large oil stain left by my old collectible car they rose above and beyond the call of duty and I highly recommend them for your installation. Of all the companies we have used unfortunately there have been many Air works is the real deal they even come back the following day to check that everything is OK with the other guy once they're paid you're lucky to even get them on the phone. Once again they did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. Unlike the other guy who shows up at 2 when it's 90 inside they will be knocking at your door at 9 AM.. so unlike the others we've had the problem resolved early enough in the day That we didn't suffer past 1 PM.

    Generally service is very good except if you have a break down on a weekdown!! Then things can get very dicey!! Quality of service is good but prices seem a bit high and problems never seem small and usually are not fixable with a simple, standard part off your truck...Generally I like the company very well.

    Max the tech was the best Had air-conditioning problems and cold air works and they were here within two hours and Max the technician was super nice and really worked hard for the money. He told it like it was that we need new coils or a new AC unit and hopefully we will get it with this company because they are super nice
