    Came in and got attended immediately very great hospitality they informed me on what works for me for the price I left with a great QTEC chroma and new QTED GLOVE I would highly recommend coming in

    Without a doubt the best place I have shopped for all things pool/billiards, darts, ping pong/table tennis- what a complete pleasure in every conceivable way... Initially, I called Larry from the car and he was friendly and helpful and said come on by. Thanks Larry! But then the MAGIC HAPPENED... I walked in the door and met one of the most genuine and authentic people I have ever had the honor and privilege to encounter- enter WOOD... Where to start with Wood? Well, first of all, he looks like a sexy Santa... If I were gay and wanted a great Christmas photo, a selfie with Wood would be just the thing- LOL! But seriously, it was as if I had met a mind reader, my long lost brother and my newest BFF- ALL IN ONE! Wood listened and then proceeded to go DIRECTLY TO EXACTLY what I wanted in about 90 seconds! Efficient, professional and a sexy stud SANTA? Come on now, you can't beat that... Then he helped me understand things I needed but didn't know existed- using both expertise and experience to help me above and beyond any and every hope and expectation. I was literally so blown away that I actually stayed and chatted about my personal life (which I NEVER do)... The entire VIBE of this family owned business is FAMILY- I didn't feel like family... I was treated BETTER THAN FAMILY! I will never consider buying anything pub or family room related anywhere else! EVERYTHING was spot on for the highest quality at a VALUE price... TBH, the family was particularly well represented by one of the kindest, most humble and peace giving ladies I have ever met. I won't name her here because she would want to deflect the credit to others, but you know who you are- thank you and your family for who you are and what you've created in BOYNTON BILLIARDS. I am literally almost moved to tears as I write this review- 5 STARS ARE NOT NEARLY ENOUGH! Then, TO BEAT ALL... they make a recommendation of a local pub to eat and play pool, and I met the coolest people, played the BEST POOL OF MY LIFE with my new cue and glove, and JOINED A LOCAL LEAGUE... Seriously, can you say BEST DAY EVER? New friends/family, incredible experience and meal, and KICK ASS pool! Thank you BOYNTON BILLIARDS- you are APPRECIATED! (In layman's terms... YOU ARE THE SHIT!) Much love and PEACE OUT!!! PS- Check out the pics of the beautiful showroom... hospitality at its finest. Final note: I meet two of the installers- Also super fun and sexy, especially YODA- just sayin'... Thanks AGAIN for EVERYTHING!!!

    It was quite a few years ago when we purchased a pool table from Boynton Billiards in West Palm Beach. We recently visited their showroom to discuss an upgrade to our traditional Olhausen Pool Table. The staff was accommodating and guided our decisions. We were told to call their office at another location to arrange a date for the installation. The office provided me with an individual's phone number that was responsible for the installation. We arranged a date and off to the races. The service team was excellent. They installed my pool table, removed the old rug, replaced it with a new carpet, and brought sets of assorted color felts for us to choose from. Once we chose the color, they reinstalled the pool table and replaced the pool pockets. Brooks Billiards was the installer, and Mr. Brooks and his companion Vinny were fantastic. They work efficiently, exceptionally clean, and the price was reasonable. Why do I love playing billiards? It is addictive. The game provides immediate gratification when you make a shot, and it is easy to develop the game gradually every time you play. In addition, I do not believe in living room furniture, a pool table makes that room more interesting.

    I am a beginner, an I will say walking in and seeing the mass variety of 8-ball products is a bit overwhelming. However all of the employees are super nice and are more than happy to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have on anything they carry. Definitely my favorite billiards store...

    My parents recently purchased a pool table from Boynton Billiards and they're absolutely thrilled with the table and most importantly the care, attention to detail, and customer service! They received the table and the technicians who put the table together took their time and had great attention to detail. They're so happy with the table and plan to definitely return to the store soon! If you're looking for a pool table we highly recommend Boynton Billiards!

    AMAZING PEOPLE I was looking for a specific stick to go with my collection for almost a year. I went through 3 different websites, order not in stock, order not in stock, order not in stock. I had 1 stick and 1 stick only I needed, I had the Cuetec Ghost case, Ghost Breach Break stick, I was missing the Ghost playing cue. I came across Boynton, I was skeptical, so I called. They physically went and put hands on it and assured me that the exact stick I was looking for was indeed in hand. The Cuetec Ghost 19 oz playing cue. This was Monday and I needed it for the following Mondays tournament, 4 days later on Friday, the stick is in my matching case and ready for Monday. The whole team makes you feel like family, that's hard to find now adays. If I need anything, I will be going through them from now on. Boynton Billiards are my go-to place. I love these guys.

    We were in the process of building our home... We ordered our shuffleboard table... And then Covid hit and everything ground to a halt... construction of our home, slowed to a crawl..Then the hurricane hit Cape Coral, and materials were not available for our home in Naples... Boynton Billiards rode out the storm with us by warehousing our shuffleboard table ...the installation was perfect... A great experience in difficult times!

    The sales person was extremely helpful. Because the set was a bit more expensive them I was planning on spending and didn't have spinners he threw in a set of spinners at no cost. He also spent a lot of time with my wife picking out her first set of darts. I recommend Boynton Ballard's for your dart needs. Although I was not in the market for a billard table or any accessories I was also impressed with the wide selection of table, cues.

    They moved and refelted a table for me. Great people and a perfect experience. Took lots of time making sure it was flat and level. I will use them every time
