    I have learned through experience there is no value in buying low quality products from big box stores.; especially when it comes to items you intend to have and use for longer periods of time. I purchased a ping pong table from Boynton Billiards rather than a large sporting goods or warehouse club for three reasons: first BB carries the highest quality tables whereas other retailers have cheap tables made of low quality materials. Secondly BB are experts in their business providing one on one attention and guidance based on your needs. Third, how can you not feel great supporting a locally owned small business!

    From the moment that I sparked an interest in purchasing a pool table to the moment of the in home setup and even after, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service. I dealt with Mike R, who was just amazing from start to finish and even after. He was knowledgeable, patient, and respectful of my time. I had a choice of purchasing my pool table from a private owner for less, but due to the customer service and professionalism of this company I felt confident and compelled to give them my business. After the install, there was a small detail that needed to be fixed, Mike was prompt with not only responding to the issue, but worked to get it fixed in less than 24 hours. That speaks volume for a company that already had my business and did not need to continue helping. Lastly I was extremely impressed with the fact that everyone I communicated with were on the same page with my purchase. So thank you Mike, Deborah, and Larry for your outstanding help. I would purchase from your establishment again.

    I've had two major purchase experiences with Boynton Billiards, a cue and a table. I went in knowing I'd have to spend some money for a high end cue, but Larry helped steer me to the perfect cue for my game even though It wasn't the most expensive one he allowed me to try as part of the purchase process. Almost a year later, I went back to Larry and BB when I was looking into options for a table to fit a large but oddly positioned room. Larry and Tony patiently answered every nit picky and anxiety causing question through the selection process to make it as painless and fun as possible. When Jeremy and Tony came out to install the table, they were incredibly friendly and professional as they did their job with me curiously asking them about their work and the differences in the craftsmanship between table brands. All in all, if you are anywhere in the South Florida area and are looking for high end billiards equipment with staff providing equally high end service, I can't recommend Larry, Tony, Jeremy, and every else at Boynton Billiards.

    Excellent service! Thank you so much for making this order easy and fast. We ordered this dining/pool table the first week of December and we were anxious to have it in time for Christmas. Thankfully everything went smoothly. Your installers were so polite and efficient. We love it!!

    Nick Varner Cue Case Went into Boynton Billards looking for new cue case. I found one that was exactly like my old one and told them mine had com apart. I was told maybe it could be repaired. While browsing their store, little did I know they made a phone call to the manufacturer who said they would replace my bag for free.
    The staff will bend over backwards and go the extra mile for their customers. I highly recommend this is the place to purchase your Billard supplies.
