    Terrific job always! If there were a hundred stars I’d pick that! Chandra is always accurate, smart enough to question if something is not making sense and always with a kind, cheerful attitude! Always answered any questions & I worked with her for years!

    Heather was very professional, helpful, courteous prompt in responding a true asset to exclusive management I was new to the platform and Heather took the time and patience to walk me through on the phone step-by-step never made me feel in adequate or inept. She is such a huge asset and I hope that she is recognized and appreciated for what she brings to the company.

    Job well done I deal with HOA'S on a daily basis, and I recently had a great experience with Jessica at Exclusive Property Management. I am fairly new in the business and ran into a snag with a homeowners HOA. Jessica walked me through the process, and I had my approval within 24 hrs. Thanks for all your help Jessica

    I have contacted Heather Silpat at EPM many times to ask for assistance with some customers' issues. The last one had to do with a City violation and Heather was able to help to resolve it. Heather is very consistent with providing excellent customer service. She returns the calls on a timely manner, she provides the information that I request, and she listens to my concerns.

    Maintenance person Wilson Wilson went avice and beyond this past Saturday night. He came on his off hours to help resolve a leak issue in one of the condo units. He not only helps resolve it but also stayed to get it cleaned up. Kudos to him.!

    He was very professional and acted immediately since we were in crisis mode. Dawson was absolutely great! I contacted Wendy Philips and Dawson contacted me. It was a big job that had to be done on a weekend. The sewer line from the building to the main was clogged. It was fixed in a matter of hours! Bravo to EPM and bravo to Dawson and Wendy!

    Jessica provides highly professional and skilled services as our onsite property manager. Jessica is a highly motivated, intelligent problem solver. She works effectively and efficiently to resolve the wide range of issues that arise at our property where she is the onsite property manager. She has excellent interpersonal skills which make her approachable and caring. She is extremely knowledgeable about the statutory and ethical obligations of property managers, as well as HOA board members. She instills confidence in those with whom she works through her ability and willingness to tackle challenging problems and propose sensible and economical solutions. Our HOA has had a number of property managers in the past several years and Jessica is hands down the most effective. I would highly recommend her to other HOAs.

    Hi, this is Jeff. My experience with Heather was amazing. I don’t know her. I’ve never met her prior to speak with her on the phone. She was very professional and know her job very well. First, it was a bit confusing explaining the situation to her because it is three units, with different months and checks and dates, etc. I gave her all the information she worked on it and figure it out and told me exactly what to do. I did it and it was a done deal.
    That is what I called great and complete service.
