    Thank you for your consistent excellent customer service I have contacted Chelsea Vinson regarding information about the Pet policy for PACC#53. As always, Chelsea provided me with the information needed for a customer who was unclear about this policy. Chelsea always provides accurate information and excellent customer service consistently.

    Very pleased with the 2 women , Marie and Jessica! They have been very helpful to me and Condo ll, Cypress Bend, Pompano Beach, Fl. They will always go the extra mile to assist residents, vendors and other visitors. You are extremely lucky to have such dedicated employees. Rx. I could not sign on to “new” system. They assisted me to get into the new form. Also, I did not receive 2 important pieces of mail , they checked to be sure address was correct and provided me with the missing mail pieces.

    Extremely professional, knowledgeable and wonderfully run management office at Cypress Bend Marie Josephs was the best property manager I have ever dealt with. She is professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. She handled every matter fir me in a timely manner. Thank you also to Jessica who was always helpful and responsive.     Excellent Service!!! As a Realtor, I definitely have had tons of experience dealing with Associations and Property Management Companies. Most of those experiences have left a lot to be desired......until now. What a breath of fresh air EPM is. I have contacted them 3 times in the past 2 weeks, and every single time they have been polite, competent and extremely efficient. I am so impressed with this company. Kudos to them for such a great staff!!! Thank you, it's truly been a pleasure.

    Mixed Results, but this is, after all, a property management company I have had two distinct experiences with EPM. One, which considers requests for architectural modifications to the houses, was done with professionalism and consideration. I submitted an application to install impact resistant windows and Karen did a fine job of letting me know what the problem was. And she was also very good when it turned out I had contracted with a bum and had to do it over. She provided very quick turnaround the second time. And she is responsive and cheerful.
    The bad experience had to do with the part of the company that enforces rules for appearance of the houses. I don't know the name of the person who signs messages as VIOLATIONS, but twice that person yelled at me for not having three palm trees out front. And I DO have three palm trees out front. I think there is something else going on with respect to trees (related to the fifteen year old building permit for this development and a palm tree that I had to have removed because it was dying) but VIOLATIONS does not appear to be able to articulate whatever that regulation might be, blaming 'city regulations' even though we are not in a city.
    I believe EPM is relatively inexpensive as a management company, and they do maintain the gate fairly well.

Violations are submitted in by your Property Manager upon walking the property and using a guideline that was put in place by your association. If you should have any additional questions regarding your violation, please email violations@exclusivepm.net where they should be able to answer your questions.

    Robert is a responsive and knowledgeable professional This past Saturday evening, myself and another BOD member were advised of a serious oil leak and the shutting down of both elevators in one of the highrises of Cypress Bend ll.
    Robert, EPM's emergency contact was on property within 40 minutes of our call. He communicated with us and later with both our elevator vendor and the oil cleanup vendors as well. His assessment of the issues and his calm demeanor gave both of us the ability to know that we were in "good hands."
    He stayed on property to approximately 11:30 assuring that all vendors involved had secured the area.

    Your company was wonderful to work with, Chelsea was great, Antigua hoa was horrible...the delay in their response was unacceptable with slam dunk tenants. will make it a point not to deal with them again...thank you...

    Absolutely high quality, always willing to go the extra mile Cypress Bend Condo II. At 5:30 I returned home from a PT appointment with one of the other residents (who has a broken ankle and cannot walk) to find that our elevator was out of order, I called Marie Josephs who thankfully was still I the office well after her normal leaving time. She called Mowrey Elevator to
    Make sure they would send a tech out ASAP. (Marie is always there and so very accommodating. )
    Knowing nothing would be done for a while, my friend and I went to dinner. Upon our return we just caught the elevator tech as he was about to leave.
    Robert was here on call for EPM. He made sure the tech helped us get the resident with the broken ankle to the 3rd floor safely. The tech did not have the parts to do the repairs tonight and won’t be back until tomorrow morning.
    Robert then offered to help me move some luggage from my 4 th floor apartment to my car as I am leaving for the airport early in the morning
    Kudos to EPM for hiring people as caring and thoughtful as Marie and Robert.
