    Very pleasant and helpful personnel. I am a real estate agent who sell many condos in Palm Aire. I interact mostly with the front desk staff and they are very polite, pleasant and smiling, and eager to assist.

    Two thumbs up for Jody. Called to request some information tax related and miss Jody was extremely efficient, she took care of it within 5 minutes of my very first phone call and got the info on my email. Outstanding customer service! Thank you miss Jody you rock!

    Very long delay to get approval It took me more than 2-3 months to get tree removal approval. When I submitted email from City showing approval, process was delayed for 3 weeks as HOA wanted actual permit from City, When City sent me approval email, they forgot to attach permit with email. I can understand that HOA has to follow pre-defined guideline to give approval but it should not delay the process.

Please understand that EPM's role is to simply ensure that all documents are received according to the HOA's application and send to your HOA for them to make a decision. EPM has not part in the decision making or the length it takes for them to make a decision. Nevertheless, we are please to hear that you were able to get the tree removed.

    Quick service, knowledgeable and very hely I called on behalf of a mutual customer about needing an ARC form and the girl (. I think Jodi) was so incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, knew exactly what needed to be done and was so kind and helpful. If she’s this kind to the roofing contractors I can only imagine how wonderful she is to homeowners

    Job well done! We are a small community with Mara Carter assigned to our property. Mara keeps the Board informed and when we have issues, she addresses those issues immediately. She is professional, kind and genuinely cares. Sabrina Levine is our account executive and she also does a great job managing our finances along with Mara's guidance. Please let these 2 ladies know they are very much appreciated by our community.

    Exceptional Service and Kindness My experience in going through the association approval process for my mom's lease with Exclusive Property Management was truly exceptional thanks to Chelsea! She was not only incredibly responsive and processed my mom's application at lightning fast speed but she was also very kind and understanding of the special circumstance. She did everything within her reach to assist willingly and with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.

    Thank you for your consistent excellent customer service I have contacted Chelsea Vinson regarding information about the Pet policy for PACC#53. As always, Chelsea provided me with the information needed for a customer who was unclear about this policy. Chelsea always provides accurate information and excellent customer service consistently.

    Very pleased with the 2 women , Marie and Jessica! They have been very helpful to me and Condo ll, Cypress Bend, Pompano Beach, Fl. They will always go the extra mile to assist residents, vendors and other visitors. You are extremely lucky to have such dedicated employees. Rx. I could not sign on to “new” system. They assisted me to get into the new form. Also, I did not receive 2 important pieces of mail , they checked to be sure address was correct and provided me with the missing mail pieces.

    Excellent Service!!! As a Realtor, I definitely have had tons of experience dealing with Associations and Property Management Companies. Most of those experiences have left a lot to be desired......until now. What a breath of fresh air EPM is. I have contacted them 3 times in the past 2 weeks, and every single time they have been polite, competent and extremely efficient. I am so impressed with this company. Kudos to them for such a great staff!!! Thank you, it's truly been a pleasure.
