    I have been on our Condo 'Board of Directors for 17 years and have experienced numerous management companies. I must say Exclusive Property Management has been the most efficient and easiest company to work with. I'm sure it's because of the young lady who represents us Marie Josephs.     Professional,knowledgeable,positive attitude and patient I have dealt with a handful of property managment companies in my line of work and Marie is by far the most professional and respectful person I have work with. Her attitude shows that she indeed cares for the property. Marie will make time to ensure the property is at the highest level possible. I speak with owners on a daily basis and the comments are always great. I feel confident and comfortable recommending EPM.

    I called in with questions about a TEMPRORY PARKING PERMIT (6 mths) at THE LAKES OF INVERRARY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION My call was accepted with warm regards and received an Application for Occupancy the (fee $250) to process (IF YOU HAVE ONE CAR PER FAMILY YOU CAN CERTAINLY LIVE HERE AS THERE IS ONLY ONE PARKING PER UNIT) the Parking space is very small so you also had to have an economy car.

    I am a Riviera Isles homeowner and I am very happy that Lilian is part of our association. She is extremely king and helpful. All associations should treat people the way that she does. I think she is doing a wonderful job.

    I received a "final violation" notice a week or more after I turned in the requested paperwork. That is the only reason I'm giving this a 4. Other than that, people at the desk were very helpful and kind. They helped me get the paperwork in order that I needed. Thank you!

    On site management was always great! Marie was always a pleasure to work with at Cypress Bend. The necessary help was always ready when we arrived on site. This includes access to different areas of the property, contacting residents and other on site obstacles. I contact numerous property managers throughout the year. Marie makes that part of my job easy and stress free. I highly appreciate her efforts towards being prepared for our arrival. Her assistant is very well trained and always able to assist if Marie was unavailable.
