    First let me say Feedback whether it’s good or bad must be given to employees on a timely basis.
    As Vice President on the CBII board I have observed Marie Josephs performing in an exceptional manner.
    Marie’s customer service skills are exceptional. She always goes above and beyond to help not only me with questions or concerns I may pose to her but more importantly with any problems and concerns residents may have. Marie is always so pleasant with everyone.
    Maries also offers suggestions to the board in numerous ways. Example: The remaining elevator modernization of three elevators needs to be completed but her knowledge of the working of these elevators and the shortage of remaining funds, she offered to the board an option to just do the interiors which the board reviewed and approved. Elevators have had no mechanical problems and replacement for that work can be delayed until ample funds are available.
    I can go on and on with numerous other examples of Marie going the extra mile but I just wanted to share with you and your team what a “exceptional” job Marie is doing here at CBII. It is a pleasure to have a person like Marie as our Property Manager.

    Very thorough and responsive Exclusive was very thorough in my application. Although the requirements to rent a condo were many, the interview process and approval were smooth. During the process, they answered all my questions promptly and returned my security deposit in a timely manner. They are a professional organization that is thorough, responsive and helpful.

    Tiffany came to CBII early August to temporarily fill in for our Management Assistant who is on maternity leave. As Vice President of the CBII board of directors, I work closely with not only the property manager but with the management assistant as well.
    From day 1 Tiffany took off and learned all the mechanics of the office. I have observed numerous times, she is vet organized and promptly follow-up on any request she may receive. Tiffany has been very “pro-active” in her temporary position here and has offered suggestions for improvements numerous times. For example, she offers suggestion in the wording of the work order requests in that the maintenance supervisor should delegate quite a few to the janitorial staff since they are work orders that they could complete on the same day issued. Ion conclusion, Tiffany had been a “team player” and is a great pleasure to work with you. She should be congratulated for going the “extra mile”

    An Outstanding Experience I'll preface this by stating that I generally do not leave reviews, good or bad. However, after a recent experience with Marie Josephs I am compelled to do so. I work with property managers across a wide spectrum of residential housing on an almost daily basis. I fully understand the complexities of the property manager's role and consider myself fortunate to have worked with Marie.

    I was tasked to complete an assignment of considerable importance and called upon Marie for assistance. There was never any hesitation in her assistance. She took time to make sure that information needed to complete the project was made available. Communication was timely and addressed the subject matter concisely.

    I wish all of my clients were such a pleasure to work with as Marie Josephs!

    Courteous, Pleasant, and Efficient I have found working with Exclusive Property Management a generally pleasant helpful experience. Working with Marie Joseph has been particularly good. She is courteous, efficient, always on point. I also believes that SHE CARES FOR PEOPLE, an essential quality in providing any type of service. I hope that EPM is adequately compensating her for the good job she does. Her cooperative attitude is also infectious as she sets an example for Tiffany, her assistant.

    Great staff at Cypress Bend Condo 2. Don't ever change . I am a vendor of Cypress bend and Palm Aire for quite some time. It's always a pleasure going to Cypress bend condo 2 . The staff is always on the ball and has the place looking better than ever. Never have any issues with communication. Which is key in our industry. Many of the homeowners I encounter also feel this way which is great. Keep up the good work.

    If possible someone from your staff might want to verbally advise the people in 401 about this as they may not have a computer or don't care. They have been renovating their condo for the past 7 months and i mean they are hammering, sawing, pounding nails in the floor every day, yes every. I understand they have the right to do that, however, they start exactly at 8am as Marie had a chat with them when they started at 7am almost 7 months now. I am a cancer patient and after a chemo treatment i need a day or two to recover but that's not happening so i have to suck it up. Anything you can do would help so we can enjoy or holiday tomorrow.

I understand your frustration when a neighbor is making renovations to their unit, it can be somewhat of a nuisance. As you stated they are starting at 8 am and not 7 am and that's an improvement. Unfortunately, there may not be a whole lot we can do about them stating any later than that. In the meantime, I hope you are getting rest when you can.     Tiffany, our office manager has proved to be a true professional. Tiffany has been able to support CBll while learning many things “while on the job!” While taking over as a temporary office manager, she has established rapport with many residents, handle numerous phone calls with poise and patience, and shown conscientious efforts in all her varied duties.

    Courtesy, Consideration and Professionalism As president of one of the Associations managed by EPM, I have frequent necessity of interacting with key management personnel; among them Accounting Representative Kristen Cash. Kristen is competent and courteous as she deals with daily routines and professionally mitigates challenging issues that arise. She maintains a high level of interactive communication which is so beneficial in both routine and special effort tasks.     Prompt, courteous and clear-cut directions The USPS was late in delivering my condo fees from Massachusetts. I emailed Account Services and they promptly replied regarding the steps I should take to resolve the problem of waiving the late fees.
