  • Mrs. Marie Josephs, our Property Manager at CBII. is the best we'v had At Cypress Bend Condo II, our property manager since three years is Mrs. Marie Josephs. I was in contact regularly with her as the association’s Treasurer over two years. I can say she is well-mannered, with superior education and enjoys a bright mind. She receives her visitors at the office with a welcoming smile and communicates her good humor. She pays attention to individual requests, offers solutions and help. She manages the property diligently seeking suppliers with best solutions and reasonable prices and keeps track of the work done. She is aware of each and all elements of the property and their conditions and needed maintenance.
    I highly commend this person for her efficiency and positive communication ability, plus she is a lady.

    Finally Things Moved When my husband and I contacted EPM because of our neighbor's visitor parking on the grass, we were very open about the fact that, if the rules had changed, then of course OUR friends would come over and park on the grass. Within a day of contacting EPM we received confirmation that No, they should NOT be parking on the grass and that vehicle was now parked at our neighbor's home instead of on the grass. EPM got right back to us and didn't make us seem like we weren't important.

  • Good & Bad I am very impressed with Lisa De Herrera. She took the time to answer all our questions and explain your statement. I am still not happy with the way the late fees are handled and the way the phone system works at EPM.
