    Good outcome but process was not friendly When I first contacted EMP to plead my case, the representative was very rigid and did not offer any consideration for my situation. It was only after I kept pressing that she told me I could appeal to the board and have them consider my case. Once that process was initiated, it was quick and the board gave my case fair consideration.

    Resident at Las palmas home at Davie Heather was extremely courteous and helpful on the phone. She had documents prepared for me before my arrival. Heather greeted me very pleasant and took my other documents, promptly scanned and sent correction to my contractor. Neatly put my documents together after making copies for me, Explaining everything to me. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service provided to me by Heather and exclusive management team including Karen who reviewed documents to make sure everything i needed was there for my architectural review.

    Dawn Valentino was very helpful at Plantation Club Good Morning: My mother has lived at Plantation Club for several years now. She had an issue with a payment and Dawn was very helpful in locating the problem and fixing it for her, all while keeping my Mother calm until it was taken care of. She answered every email very quickly and was always kind on the phone. We appreciate having her in the office.

    .I just want to acknowledge that Jessica Turnquest, our Management Assistant here in Cypress Bend II is doing an exceptional job. I believe in it very important that people get feedback whether its good or bad. In her case, she is doing an exceptional. job. In the past three years, she has grown amazingly in her position here in maintaining our office as well as handling the emergencies that come up and always well handling successfully disgruntled unit owners on a continuous basis. Recently while our Property Manager was vacation she handled all situations with efficiency and diplomacy. Jessica a great asset to EPM and CBll is very lucky to have her on our property. We are very fortunate to have her. Please commend Jessica for always going the “extra Mile” in servicing our residents here in Cypress Bend II.

    Professional staff, well managed property The staff at Cypress Bend II condo (Marie and Jessica) are very friendly, yet professional and objective. They get the job done very well, and the interactions are always pleasant, even when solving unpleasant problems (which they DO resolve!). Would welcome to work with them again anywhere, any time.

    Jessica Turnquest Before Ms. Turnquest goes on maternity leave I would just like to mention how well she ran our office at CBII during Marie's vacation. Jessica was very thorough and kept residents happy as well as dealing with our many vendors in a professional manner. As a current board member of CBII it's a bittersweet feeling to know that Jess will be leaving us for 3 months but i couldn't be happier for her and her soon to be, baby girl.

    Excellent office assistant with the ability to cover for property manager's vacation with professionalism.     Approval of mailbox repair Overall the customer service was good. I wish I didn’t have to wait almost 2 weeks for approval to fix a damaged mailbox.

    A Job Well Done! Our association had an issue that needed immediate attention this past week and Sabrina Levine stepped right in and assisted us with our issue and we were able to take care of it immediately.
