    Worked well Good experience although it would be helpful if there was an acknowledgement of receipt of the original email/request so I wouldn't be left wondering if you had received it. It could even be automated.

    Replying to my comments from a day or so ago. I do have to apologize for my somewhat rude comments about the service i received regarding the installation of sprinklers for my unit in building 4 apartment 301. While i am not looking for sympathy , however, i am undergoing treatment for my throat cancer which has been a 15 year long process when it returns every few years. I was not having a good day when i made those comments, however, i had to miss a day of work without pay waiting for the installers who "overlooked" my apartment having to reschedule for the following day , again working without pay. Today I met with Ms Josephs to settle this issue so as far as she and I are in agreement lets just call it a day and move on. Incidentally when the installers returned the next day both were kind and understood how i felt. Ms Joseph was not a fault for any of this, she is very good at what she does.

    Hi, when I bought my condo Bldg 4 Apt 301 1.5 years ago the view i had from the balcony was outstanding. No other condos to see, no cement of any kind just a beautiful lake with trees as far as you can see. However, mother nature has taken that all away from me. This tree was not tall at all when i moved in, not it is reaching for the 4th floor blocking all that was once beautiful to me. I see nothing but a tree, very sad. Is there any way that this tree could get a haircut giving me my view back and the peace and tranquility it once provided? I would be willing to share the cost of this haircut with the company you hire or using your own maintenance crew.

    Hillary did a deep analysis of the account and found the issues that created a discrepancy. Great analitycal skills. I contacted Hillary and I discussed with her the account issues. She listened to my concerns and made the corresponding research to ensure everything was correct. She did an excellent jo finding the posting errors and clearing my account.

    Staff is very professional and application is very straighforward When I made it to the desk, girls were very nice! Especially Heather!! She addressed a few items missing in the application before I left, and It was so nice to take care of these missing parts then. I really enjoyed the experience of handing out the application for my tenants!

    New Resident Experience I am very pleased with the welcome and wealth of information that has been provided to me as a new resident.     First call to respond to missed call to me, woman was rude, and stated unless I knew who called me she could do nothing for me even when I identified HOA I was calling in regards to. With no message left I called back and fortunately got Tishana Satchell who answered. She is wonderful! Provided all the information I needed. Was very undertanding at how check, originally thought lost in the mail and payment stopped at the bank was actually stuck behind desk I used at my daughter's home where I babysit several days a week for my 2 yr old grand-daughter. She was very understanding, gave me all the information so I'd know to use the envelope again provided by Association and I then sent May with the late fees, as well as June payment in a separate envelope. My daughter is pregnant and delivered early last time is due anywhere from June 1st on and I do not have a history of any late payments and don't plan to start now. Thank you again to Tishana who is a great asset to the company. Thank you.

    Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. In regards to Marie property manager for Cypress Bend Condo 2.
    We have been the plumbing vendor for Cypress Bend Condo 2 for at least the last 15 years that I have been at Florida Tropical Plumbing. Marie is by far the best property manager I have dealt with. She is very knowledge and professional when it comes to vendors and the property. It is always a pleasure when we are called to come work on the plumbing for the condo. Clear communication is key in this business between property management , vendors and homeowners ; this has always been the case with regards to Marie. Quality property manager with a quality company behind her. Keep up the great work.

    Timely and thorough communication to owners regarding repairs/projects etc My main contact is Jessica Turnquest, Admin of Cypress Bend II Condo Assoc. Jessica has done a great job of keeping owners updated on maintenance issues and repairs, most notably the issues with our pool. She has also kept us in the loop with indoor sprinkler replacement times/issues, as well as the problems we experienced with one of our elevators. She is always accessible and returns calls and emails in a timely manner.
