    I just want to relay how professional, friendly, fair minded, and service oriented Liz has always treated my family and I during my over six years in Riviera Isles. She has ALWAYS responded to my concerns and giving me feedback on the well being of the community. She's easy to work with, and I honestly could not ask for a better representative for our entire community. I always observe how well she interacts with customers, whether it's in the clubhouse or out in the community. We appreciate her support and effort in maintaining the well-being of Riviera Isles.

    Rapid reply and action to my request. Thank you Wendy. At our Association meeting last night (12/14/22) I mentioned that the American Flag , in front of building 61, was tattered and should be retired and replaced. I was advised to send an email message regarding this concern to Wendy, the Property Manager. I sent a message to Wendy this morning and promptly received a positive reply to my request. Thank you Wendy!

    Excellent customer service and dedicated work I live in Riviera Isles Miramar FL and I would like to give Lilian Sing (Liz) a 5 star review due to her excellence providing customer service.
    Even though she was very busy and I had not appointment with her, she took her time to assist me explaining all my concerns in a very professional and efficient way. We are glad to have her within our management team in Riviera Isles.

    Kind, understanding, quick response, clear and concise I had a very positive experience with Tamica and EPM. As a resident I am glad to have her as a manager. She is very knowledgeable and replies quickly. She is understanding and does her best to be accommodating to the needs and requests of residents.
