    Support provided by Chelsea Vinson Mrs Vinson is always open to support and help the owners. She is ver respectful in her interactions and respond communication very quick. A few days ago I asked for her advice and support for the voting process, although not part of her responsibilities, she help me promptly.

    Great Assistance in a bad situation. An HOA payment from over 2 years ago was called into question. Due to the length of time that had past, documentation was difficult to gather but Hillary was very patient and helped guide me through the process to resolve the issue.

    Excellent Accounting Services I met Melissa Ott today, who is the Accounts Payable Agent that handles our condominium's billing at Exclusive Property Management. Ms. Ott is an asset to the EPM accounting team. She is professional, courteous, kind and has great work ethics.     Great customer service I have submitted to lo ve at a property managed by Exclusive I’m hoping we will get approved by the HOA but either way the management company has been extremely helpful, and timely. They answered all my questions and helped me through getting the freeze removed from my credit that I had put on for security reasons. They were quick and did everything within the timeline they told me they would all. Everyone has been friendly from the customer service agent to the woman who sits at the front desk!

    Extra high, excellent services! I am flabbergasted on the service, incredible, I totally recommend this management company! I want to point out that Mrs Chelsea Winson was totally amazing.     The process was very slow but at the end effecient Unreasonable delay to get our deposit back. 4 to 6 weeks remains is inacceptable. A deposit must be a check in your file and if at the end you have damage you cash the check not before.

    I am a snow bird and pay my maintenance and assessment in 6 month and sometimes 12 month installments. Dawn at Plantation Club is always helpful and very kind. My name is Mark Wilford. I live half a year in Ohio and half a year at Plantation Club. Whenever I need anything Dawn is always helpful and makes sure I get what is needed. She recently helped me make sure my assessment was added correctly and processed. She is very thorough and I appreciate having her working at the office.

    I am the Project Manager for Wesworth Electric and I work with Hundreds of Property Management Groups from all over the State of Florida. However few Property Managers are as diligent on getting things done and taken care of in a timely manor as Miss Carl Garcia. And not only is she very knowledgeable but also a manager who is generally concerned with her properties. And I give her and this company 5-star review and would always recommend to others.     Excellent responsiveness, cooperation, proactivity and client orientation from Jessica Turnquest. Thanks Carlos for your drywall work, responsiveness and courtesy. Our condo at Cypress Bend (building 5) recently suffered significant water leak damage originating from the upstairs condo. After completion of the restoration company work, I had to fly to Florida from Canada to coordinare repairs. I would like to thank Marie Josephs and Jessica Turnquest for their responsiveness and cooperation. Special thanks go to Ms. Turnquest who has been my main point of contact throughout this process. She first scheduled the rebuilding of drywalls by Carlos shortly after my arrival which I appreciated given the amount of work to be done in a short period of time. Unfortunately, a personal emergency prevented Carlos from completing the work as planned and it was rescheduled for a week later. Although I was disappointed by the delay, I sensed that the office did their best to ensure that the drywall work could be completed as soon as possible...and that Jessica was genuinely sorry for the inconvenience. She provided valuable advice on several elements, including Florida Building Code for floor assembly, board approval, requirements for contractors, etc. etc. When our AC started malfunctionning, Jessica was again most cooperative and even helped me fill the required form and followed up with the AC company to ensure that they provided all necessary documents to proceed with emergency installation within 24 hours. I have been impressed by her professionnalism, effectiveness, proactivity and client orientation. Merci beaucoup Jessica. Last but not least, I would also like to sincerely thank Carlos for his drywall work under difficult circumstances, his responsiveness and courtesy. Muchas gracias!
