    Incredible customer service! I went to the clubhouse to request some guidance on a project I want to do at my home. I was completely taken by how welcoming and helpful everyone was. I specially appreciate everything Ms. Lilian Singh "Liz" did to help me, she went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process before submitting my request! Also, while waiting to be seen, I witnessed Liz speaking to a distraught homeowner over the phone, let me tell you, it warmed my heart to hear how gentle and lovable she was to them, assuring them that she understands and will do anything within reason to help them out during these difficult times. Her random acts of kindness have undoubtedly impacted so many people! She definitely goes above and beyond with her professional responsibilities, but more than that, her ability and desire to connect with the people around our community is commendable. I am truly lucky to have collaborated with her!

    Outstanding and excellent customer and community service coupled with gentleness, courtesy, and willingness of helping the residents at Riviera Isles I have had the pleasure of working closely with Lilian and I can say for a fact that she is a great asset for the whole RIMA community. She is very enthusiastic and always have a helping hand to support the residents. I have seen her dealing with difficult people in a very professional way that problems are turned into real solutions.
    I have not words to express my admiration, respect, and gratitude to Lilian for the manner in which she performs her duties and responsibilities and for all she does for the RIMA community.

    Helpful, thorough, and friendly! Lilian was extremely helpful in providing me with the ability to solve my issue regarding my property. It's rare to see these days.
