  • Karen is very competent and responds. I would not recommend this Property Management company because I see no sign of anyone doing anything to improve this community and I have heard numerous complaints that no one returns calls to the homeowners. I based my star rating SOLELY on my dealings with Karen Pinnock, not on the Management Company.
    I have not dealt with anyone except Karen Pinnock and she is an excellent liaison with me and the Board of Cypress Woods Community. We communicate well together.

  • could be better The personel at the reception were curtious, Documents could have been sent out earlier except on the exact final day and a copy of the documents sent to the applicant to verify that what was paid for was actually sent

    Prompt Service Emailed your company regarding some rather deep potholes on my street in Charleston. It was answered promptly with information that these holes would be promptly repaired, which they were in a couple of days.

    Marie was very helpful after 9 months she finally took care of a situation that the previous manager would not even respond to Lawn service broke my chimena I’m August it was on my patio. I took pictures and they took pictures. I called and sent several emails and the previous manager did not even respond. I called this past week Marie called me back promptly and took care of the matter.

    Great Property Manager I have worked in the construction industry for the past 20 years and dealt with many Management companies and their Property Managers. My experince with Carol Garcia has been excellent. She has provided the communities that i have worked on with oustanding service. She is very personal and treat every homeowner like if they were the only one she had to deal with. Easy to communicate with, meet her datelines, answers every question, very professional and hard working individual. It is a pleasure to work with her. Thanks EPM for hiring this Property Manager and make my job easier.

    My experience with Exclusive is that my Property Managment Representative is professional, proactive, available and very serious about her work. The board of directors at my community has engaged upon a serious mission to accomplish a host of objectives through property analysis, project reviews, cost analysis and project implementation. Carol Garcia, our property management representative has worked with the board from day one assisting with every aspect of our multi-phased mission. She has been engaged, creative and fully involved.     I don't usually write letters like this, but I had to tell you what an exceptional person you have working for you.
    Several times I came to the Cypress Bend Management office to see Marie Joseph (Property Mgr.)and every time it was a pleasant experience talking to her .Marie is so efficient, polite, patient and helpful.Employee like this are Company's "Secret weapon"
    I hope that EPM will continue to manage the Cypress Bend Property for many years to come.

    This was my second visit... and during each visit I was taken care of by Heather...I found her to be very professional. Not only was she able answer all of my concerns; she followed up by calling me later with the answer to an additional question I had asked her and forgotten. I found her to be pleasant, extremely efficient and exhibited outstanding customer service.
