    Great 5 Star SERVICE Chelsea ALWAYS responds to emails promptly and will do whatever she can to make sure both my customers and myself receive the best service. Everyone else working at Exclusive Property also does an equally great job. By far, one of the best management companies to deal with - fast, efficient, and friendly. You couldn't ask for more.     High quality personalized property management I am finishing up a comprehensive renovation in my condo and Jessica and Marie could not have been more helpful. They were there to help me navigate condo boards, permits, deliveries and much more. They were supportive during a challenging time. I happily give Jessica and Marie a review with the highest marks!

    Best Mgmt company in 37 years! I have lived in Cypress Bend for 37 years and we have never had a better run property management company than Exclusive. Marie and Jessica are the reason problems are solved so professionally. I think they are a great asset to your company and Cypress Bend.

    I almost live in Cypress Bend Condo ll Assoc. for 20 years.
    For the first time in all these years the property is well maintaint.The office manager Marie Joseph is a real jewel ,when ever in need, she is very ,patient friendly, kind and professional. I hope EPM will be contracted for many more years to come.

    Professional, courteous and Up-to-date on all aspects of property management Exclusive Property Management always treats our community and its residents with professionalism & respect. Our property manager, Mara Carter is the greatest! The ladies at the front desk and all employees I have worked with are always courteous and willing to help. Jay & Steve have done a phenomenal job with making Exclusive Property Management a 5 star company. EPM is the only way to go when looking for a company to manage your property.

    Very Efficient As new owner in a condo, like many I had series of questions. The Customer support personnel were extremely patient with me, and answered most questions. For ones they could not, assisted me in getting the answers.

    late fee When i moved in i never received payment docs or amount of payment. I was hit with a late fee, the day after I received the docs with payment details.
    I told the then manger but she did nothing but tell me she could do nothing about it. Marie Josephs offered solutions not excuses and did not coop an "I can be bothered attitude.

    she suggested we submit a late fee waver to the board and promptly sent it to me and submitted it to the board when i had completed it.

    the matter was resolved because she did her job and knew what could be done . she provided a solution.

    Great and fast service. I was turning it an application to rent my apartment. The ladies at front were really nice and friendly. One of them I dont remember the name (smiley as I would like to call her) got me Chelsea who is in charge of this process. Chelsea is awesome, she is very nice and always helping everybody, she got the application processed in 3 days and 2 days later I received the aproval letter. What???? That was fast even my tenant was surprised and happy. Chelsea you and your team are doing an amazing job, thank you very much.

    Great management company who always follows up with any issue that I present. I have found Marie, Jessica and Carlos to be extremely attentive no matter what the request may be. We have been through quite a few management companies on this property, I sincerely hope EPM is here to stay!

    Outstanding Property management Team Sometimes you just have to STOP and give a SHOUT out for work that's OUTSTANDING! Property management doesn't always have the best reputation. (You couldn't pay me enough to do this job!) Marie Josephs takes it to the next level. Her professionalism, knowledge and desire to address concerns is admirable.     Process of Lease approval was done: professionally, prompt, amiable. The whole process run smoothly since the time of handing - over to EPM the Lease Application. It was handled with speed, right attitude and error free; kudos to Chelsea Vinson and to the Board President.
    I found very expensive the charges requested to process a lease contract.

    Quick and efficient! I submitted an ARC review to intsall hurricane shutters and it took less than 2 weeks to get approval. Ms Pinnock communicated well .

    Management at its best!!!! The level of commitment and dedication that Marie Josephs gives is always over the top. She is quick to help when we need her and always gets back to us if she doesn't know the answers. I have dealt with different Property Managers over time and Mrs. Josephs is by far the best I have ever seen.
