    Outstanding Property management Team Sometimes you just have to STOP and give a SHOUT out for work that's OUTSTANDING! Property management doesn't always have the best reputation. (You couldn't pay me enough to do this job!) Marie Josephs takes it to the next level. Her professionalism, knowledge and desire to address concerns is admirable. Jessica and herself make quite an impressive team! Thanks for great service and always striving to keep our community at it's best! Congratulations!

    Process of Lease approval was done: professionally, prompt, amiable. The whole process run smoothly since the time of handing - over to EPM the Lease Application. It was handled with speed, right attitude and error free; kudos to Chelsea Vinson and to the Board President.
    I found very expensive the charges requested to process a lease contract.

    Quick and efficient! I submitted an ARC review to intsall hurricane shutters and it took less than 2 weeks to get approval. Ms Pinnock communicated well .

    Management at its best!!!! The level of commitment and dedication that Marie Josephs gives is always over the top. She is quick to help when we need her and always gets back to us if she doesn't know the answers. I have dealt with different Property Managers over time and Mrs. Josephs is by far the best I have ever seen. Thank you EPM and thank you Marie for making everyday as enjoyable as possible given the many challenges at Cypress Bend 2.. !!!

    Improving all the time! I have found that the staff is excellent and try to provide 5 star service. There is always room for improvement and EPM tries to be the best they can be. I am especially pleased with their accounting services and the easy access to the owners when there is a problem that needs immediate attention.

    Karen Pinnock provided superb customer service! We hand delivered an ARC Application to EPM. Karen met with me personally at that time and reviewed the entire package for completeness before submitting. We received approval in one week and are very appreciative. Kudos also to all involved with processing our application.
