  • Problem Solved ! I was seeking to get back my 500,00 deposit from ARC and was told that I never sent the paperwork.I knew I had sent it in ,so I went to the office and straightened things out. The staff was polite and pleasant and helpful. They reallized that my check for the 500.00 was "in process"and that I HAD sent in the paperwork. The experience was a good one.

  • I received 2 notices of a balance on my account. My first email to Admin@ was missed. More than a week later I followed up again. Several persons responded then. The issue regarding the balance was addressed quickly that same day. They said it was for a late fee but I always pay my fees regularly. Still pending confirmation to my last question as to when/why it was assessed. This is my first experience with Admin as Exclusive is new for our property. The interaction was very pleasant.

  • Nice lady also said she would follow thru with me Have a large tree in front of my unit overlooking the parking lot and lots of branches were taken down by the last hurricane so I am concerned on Having the association trim this tree so the homes around it will not be damaged for the next storm to come by

  • Extremely Competent and Thorough I needed some information pertaining to documents which needed to be properly filled out in a timely matter.   • Finally a perfect fit! Professional , strong and knowledgeable Carol Garcia is our newly appointed pm. To say our community has challenges is an understatement. With that being said we need a strong pm that speaks up , informs , gives direction and is engaging. All this done with respect and professionalism and DELIVERED IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH!! Ms Garcia is all that and more. Although we have substantial challenges I am confident that wth her at our side we can turn things around. Not sure how we got so lucky to get her ! Thank you EPM!!

  • EXTREMELY HAPPY This review is regarding Wendi Phillips the property manager that I have a working relationship with at exclusive property management. Whenever I deal with Wendy she is always punctual and to the point and very professional. When dealing with anything that comes up that needs to be quickly turned around , Wendy does not disappoint- she answers her phone or email so quickly and is always a pleasure to work with. She constantly is looking out for her community or customers best interest.

  • Tracy Oneal best customer service attitude in a long time. Usually people aren't concerned with other people's problems. But Tracy followed up until she got things resolved. Unheard of in this day and age to get such professionalism and attention.
