RecommendedCompetent but a bit abrupt I am a new homeowner in a gated neighborhood that EPM manages. It took a bit of work to get into their system. The place seems to work, but there have been a few issues.
- In mid November, a guy working on my pool could not get past the gate using the gate code for November, but when he tried toe code for October, the gate opened.
-The board of the HOA declared an assessment toward the end of the year, and for some reason EPM would not allow we homeowners to add that assessment to our normal dues, but insisted that it be paid by check to a different (from the dues) address.
On the other hand, the person I am dealing with over there went out of her way to send me a letter with information important for the next year to me at my current address despite the fact that I had given EPM an alternative address. She didn't have to do this but it was very helpful to me.James K. · 8 years ago

RecommendedIssues resolved in a timely professional manner. I do detest the lack of personal communication ,not all do seniors have access to computers and the hold time is long . but was surprised and appreciated the fast response to the recent auto payment system failure. Matter has been resolved satisfactory.

Mr. Cournoyer I am not sure what the issue was with your payments, but I am happy to hear that the issue was able to be resolved pretty quickly. EPM does their very best to assist our clients as quickly as possible and their may be times that calls times may be a little longer than we would expect for those reasons, but we do provide an option to either leave a message or send us an email and that call or email will be responded to with 24 business hours. I was seeking to get back my 500,00 deposit from ARC and was told that I never sent the paperwork.I knew I had sent it in ,so I went to the office and straightened things out. The staff was polite and pleasant and helpful. They reallized that my check for the 500.00 was "in process"and that I HAD sent in the paperwork. The experience was a good one.

RecommendedI received 2 notices of a balance on my account. My first email to Admin@ was missed. More than a week later I followed up again. Several persons responded then. The issue regarding the balance was addressed quickly that same day. They said it was for a late fee but I always pay my fees regularly. Still pending confirmation to my last question as to when/why it was assessed. This is my first experience with Admin as Exclusive is new for our property. The interaction was very pleasant.
