    Tracy Oneal best customer service attitude in a long time. Usually people aren't concerned with other people's problems. But Tracy followed up until she got things resolved. Unheard of in this day and age to get such professionalism and attention.

    Related to the visit and walk-around did by Carol Garcia, I can say that I am very pleased with her behave, very professional and with good knowledge about her tasks. Carol is the first , in all the time EPM is taking care of our property, that showed up and was interested in find out how to solve the problems, ( there are a big lot ) we have in this property. I cannot say that I am please with EPM, because, nobody, before not even have tray to solve these problems. My rating on Five Stars are for Carol's job. If EPM will behave the way should be, I will give Five Stars for its work.

    Very professional and thorough. I had multiple damage to my property due to Hurricane Irma and needed multiple permission approvals from my HOA / ARC to start repair replacement. Your representative, Karen Pinnock, walked me through the entire process, followed up with me to let me know the status of the approval and even followed up with the HOA when the approval letters had not been received back timely. If I was still in business (retired), I would do my best to steal her for my company as it is rare to find such excellent customer service these days.

    Great property manager Carol Garcia's is our property manager for almost one year. She's shown excellent skills, attention to details and her throw inspections that have just improved our community. I'm very happy that EPM took the time to hire an excellent property manager.

    You are simply the very best!!! Having worked with various property management companies for over 20 years, I am happy to say that Exclusive Property is the most responsive, advanced and through company I have dealt with. Marie Josephs, our property manager, is wonderful in every way. She is always punctual for property visits, totally knowledgeable in all aspects of her job and is personable, cooperative and helpful.

    Good job on my first contacts! I was at EPM's office 3 days in a row after closing on my condo , for several different matters . I can only say that I received friendly and efficient service. Heather at the front desk stands out - she knows what she is doing and did it with a smile.

    HOA PRESIDENT Our community signed with EPM June 1, 2016 and they have been phenomenal.

    I know what terrible looks like, so a bit disturbed by other reviews.

    So far it has been a great experience...will see as the months go by and update accordingly. (9 months later....2/18/17 - very pleased with their service).
