    Timely responses, great customer service. Hillary has always been prompt to return my calls and emails. From day 1 when I closed my loan, until the time I moved in, she was always readily available for questions. I really appreciate all her help.

    HOA PRESIDENT Our community signed with EPM June 1, 2016 and they have been phenomenal.

    I know what terrible looks like, so a bit disturbed by other reviews.

    So far it has been a great experience...will see as the months go by and update accordingly. (9 months later....2/18/17 - very pleased with their service).
