    Outstanding and excellent customer and community service coupled with gentleness, courtesy, and willingness of helping the residents at Riviera Isles I have had the pleasure of working closely with Lilian and I can say for a fact that she is a great asset for the whole RIMA community. She is very enthusiastic and always have a helping hand to support the residents. I have seen her dealing with difficult people in a very professional way that problems are turned into real solutions.
    I have not words to express my admiration, respect, and gratitude to Lilian for the manner in which she performs her duties and responsibilities and for all she does for the RIMA community.

    Helpful, thorough, and friendly! Lilian was extremely helpful in providing me with the ability to solve my issue regarding my property. It's rare to see these days. It was just so obvious to me that the intention was to help-- and not to hinder-- my goal of solving an issue. It was a refreshing experience coming from a property management company, so I couldn't miss this opportunity to voice how much of a pleasure it was to deal with her.

    Professional, courteous and competent. Tamica has managed the entire pandemic restrictions in a manner where as a resident I felt she ensured it was as painless as possible. Re maintenance projects all my "complaintsconcerns" have been or are in the process of being addressed. The last update Tamica provided on the tennis court light project was confirmed 100% by the engineers who were on site recently.

    Responsive with solid communication skills and sense of urgency Veronique was very responsive from the first contact and kept everyone involved on the same page.

    She also had the customer's best interest in mind because they were on a time crunch to move out. They sold their home and needed help getting a fast HOA approval for move in. Recognizing that the customers were very well qualified, she pushed for the fastest approval timeline possible.

    Over all a pleasant experience.
