    Amazing management Tamica, Marsha and the whole team balance professionalism with a feel of personalized attention very well. I have been apart of this community for 12 years and personally this is the most comfortable and informed I've been. The whole team does an amazing job!!!

    Excellent professional. I was invited to provide a quote for the association that Tamica manages (Riviera Isles) . She was super polite and professional going above and beyond with details about the scope of work needed providing maps, drawings, and a very detailed scope of work sheet.
    I have not seen such a professional manager in a while.
    Please always keep your positive attitude and professionalism.

Since 2017 I purchased my condo at building 60 Palm Aire there has never been a dull moment with your service, you have always been on point and you always do your best to make things happen in a timely manner. You are my to go person at that office and they should clon you in order to make that place more efficient. Miss Heather you rock! Thank you for being so awesome at all times!     compliments to Heather Silpat for giving above standard customer service, she showed patience and knowledge. Thank you Heather Silpat. During this pandemic the mail system has been very slow, and I recently called your office looking for a letter which I sent express delivery for 2 months of condo fees. I was kind of nervous as Canada Post confirmed delivery however accounting said they had not received it. Heather handled my call in a professional calm manner and was able to put me at ease. She did exactly what she said she would do and handled all my concerns. Thank you Heather.....

    Good morning. Christine caridi was the best. My mom lives alone she is 81 year old senior citizen. I check on her everyday. She emailed me back they got on her issues immediately. Thank you again for all your help

    Went above and beyond to help us Heather is a superstar of EPM! Our AC broke and needed to be removed. The vendor needed to bring the crane on the property to pullout the old AC unit but we needed board approval for that. Usually the review of these kind of requests take some time but Heather took it under her control and we got an approval very quick. Without her assistance God knows how long we’d stay without an working AC. I’m so thankful she went above and beyond to help us solve our issue. Keep it up Heather!!

    Living in Palm Aire for over 15 years, working with Exclusive PM 3 years ago and now has been one of our best experiences.
