    Valued employee that’s should be recognized Wendy Phillips has been nothing but helpful and quick to respond every time I reached out to her regarding this particular issue. She is always willing to help and has gone out of her way to do so. She has been the only one in 7 months since I have been trying to have management replace a lightbulb in the lamppost on NW 125 Dr. near The Pointe in Heron Bay. Unfortunately, neither of us have been successful. Wendy, thank you for all your efforts. It has been greatly appreciated.

    Fast response It took about two minutes for Lola to send me the financial report of the Cedar Creek Ranch financial report for last year.

    I also had an encounter with VIOLATIONS over a pile of tree cuttings. My landscaper left a pile too big for Waste Management to take. VIOLATIONS worked with me by email and paper mail while I got the problem resolved.

    Service with Excellence! It is definitely not an easy job, as they have to field complaints, be compliant with the by-laws and all the other details they have to attend to. For example, while dealing with a water heater leak, Jessica has and continues to walk me through the process making sure I have everything I need in order to have the repairs done. I have had many encounters with Jessica and Marie and they both are very responsive and sympathetic. Thank you for serving us with excellence!

    Job well done As our property managers, Jessica's team is amazing as is she. They always respond quickly to any of my concerns, and although the board has their own ideas, any explanation I need Jessica's right there to help me. The woman who cleans our building is ridiculously amazing. However much money she's making she deserves twice that. I've never seen anyone work as hard or as diligently as she does. I've lived in this building for 33 years, and this is the best team we've ever had.

    Engagement on architectural change The EPM team did an excellent job of explaining the ARC process for my HOA, providing the necessary documents and upon returning those documents processing the request. The quick turnaround of the process was greatly appreciated.
