    Jessica & Marie are amazing Jessica Turnquest is amazing. Since the beginning when I moved in 2 years ago she has always been so helpful. She gets tasks done quickly, efficiently and always on time. Even when we needed things in a pinch, she made it happen. She always took a moment or two to see how we’re doing and when she left for her maternity leave, we really missed her! So glad she is back.

    Marie has always gone above and beyond as well. Any resident issues we had, she personally would walk over and take care of. She always remembered the little things and always had a smile on her face.

    These ladies are amazing and we were so lucky to have them for our condo.

    Great customer service This review is for Marsha Walker at Riviera Isles. Marsha was probably the first person at the office I ever dealt with when I moved in the community I couple years ago. From the start she gained my confidence as someone who I could trust to get me accurate and efficient answers to my questions. Her warm personality also made me feel extremely welcomed into the community. Even today she is my go-to person in the office. I really can’t say enough about her customer service skills. She does it all with a smile as well. If I had a business, Marsha is someone I would want on my team!! Thank you Marsha for all your amazing help!

    The right thing was done. Jodie was pleasant to talk with, hopefully this won’t happen again, I guess it’s the current situation? I am glad the management was forgiving, since I had no control over the situation.

    Excellent Service and very fast I needed a copy of my lease and due to Covid 19 our office has been closed.
    The ladies were wonderful and took care of me super fast. Veronique Skinner and Heather Silpat. Best service I've ever got from EPM. Thank you so much.

    All the facilities are very well kept and everything is very organized. The employees are always friendly and very helpful and courteous. I am always impressed with the courtesy and level of professionalism of the employees. They are very friendly and willing to help. I usually interact a lot with Liz who is simply outstanding. Always friendly and welcoming. I exercise at the gym daily and it’s always very clean and the employees are very attentive to disinfect it between the scheduled sessions. They enforce the rules but always take the time to explain the reason why and ensure that all guests are taken care of. I have lived in different places where there’s an HOA but this is by far the best. Everything is well kept and super clean. Excellent job!

    Worked together on a real estate transaction Jessica and her team were very responsive and professional. This wasn’t an easy transaction but they were able to keep it on track, please the customers, and get the deal done. I would highly recommend!

    A very pleasent experience. I own two apartments on building 5 at 2202 S Cypress Bend Dr. I deal with Jessica and Marie, several times and I just have words of praise for them. They are very helpful and very polite, every time.
    I will recommend Exclusive Property Management over other management companies without a doubt.

    Expertise, diplomacy and patience describe our property manager, Marie Jacobs and our office manager, Jessica Turnquest. As a prior BOD member of Cypress Bend Condo ll Association, I have worked with both of EPM's onsite representatives. They have always been honest, patient and willing to share their expertise with me. I have witnessed amazing their patience dealing with challenging residents, Vendors and all Bod members.
    However, their devotion to CBll goes beyond their job description . On Friday, 7/10, my unit as well as the two units below mine were flooded from the unit above. Marie had contacted the water restoration people and Jessica coordinated efforts with our onsite maintenance company to reach the the unit owner where the leak originated, some of these actions completed prior to their assigned work hours.
    This was all done with knowledge and efficiency. Marie visited all involved unit owner's residences displaying compassion. These actions were done out of concern to CBll residents and not an association obligation.
    CBll is so much better with Marie and Jessica.

    Efficient and friendly As a new owner, I have come to appreciate Exclusive's staff at Cypress Bend for their effectiveness and friendliness. Jay has been quite helpful in many of the tasks I have had to undertake prior to and during my move. There are way too many rules in this community (which can be overwhelming for someone new), but Exclusive's staff has shown consideration and empathy with my situation and they have been willing to their help wherever possible.

    Experienced and Honest Our company recently seal-coated and re-striped the parking lots at Cypress Bend II. Cypress Bend II is a good size community. We agreed on a schedule in advance and then Covid-19 hit. So we preformed our work at the height of the Covid-19 stay at home Mandates by the State of Florida and the majority of the residents were home. With this in mind it made a already inconvenience to residents even more so.
    Marie Josephs was on top of her game. She was very informed and was a great asset to the success of us completing our work. Her experience and professionalism are beyond reproach . We work with a vast array of customers from Municipalities ,H.O.A.'s , Management Companies and contractors, and Marie is truly a top notch expert in her field. She was pleasant but firm and very detailed in her analysis of our scope of work before, during and thru completion. Marie's experience was highly instrumental in the successful completion of this project.
    Would highly recommend Marie Josephs and Exclusive Property Management to anyone. Marie, I just wanted to say Thanks for everything and it was pleasure working with you !

    Great Staff and excellence in service. Have always been treated like VIP. The staff goes beyond to accommodate owners needs and services.
