    Experienced and Honest Our company recently seal-coated and re-striped the parking lots at Cypress Bend II. Cypress Bend II is a good size community. We agreed on a schedule in advance and then Covid-19 hit. So we preformed our work at the height of the Covid-19 stay at home Mandates by the State of Florida and the majority of the residents were home. With this in mind it made a already inconvenience to residents even more so.
    Marie Josephs was on top of her game. She was very informed and was a great asset to the success of us completing our work. Her experience and professionalism are beyond reproach . We work with a vast array of customers from Municipalities ,H.O.A.'s , Management Companies and contractors, and Marie is truly a top notch expert in her field. She was pleasant but firm and very detailed in her analysis of our scope of work before, during and thru completion. Marie's experience was highly instrumental in the successful completion of this project.
    Would highly recommend Marie Josephs and Exclusive Property Management to anyone. Marie, I just wanted to say Thanks for everything and it was pleasure working with you !

    Great Staff and excellence in service. Have always been treated like VIP. The staff goes beyond to accommodate owners needs and services. Tamica and Marsha and have always been very kind and understanding. This is the best HOA management company experience we have had by far compared to other places we have lived in.     Excellent staff. I have been dealing with exclusive property management for a few years now , and I couldn't be happier, as a landlord they make my job easier because they do theirs in an excellent way. The assistants at the front office always have a positive attitude and help on everything they are able, Michael Porter (manager) , Nilsa and Ms. Chelsea Vinson are very educated, professional and efficient on what they do. Overall Im really satisfied they are managing our building. Thank you guys, and keep up the good work.

    Great Management To whom it may concern,

    **Disclaimer: I would like to keep this anonymous.

    I wanted to give a great review on your APM, Marsha Walker. I had a lot of issues that I needed help with and I called the clubhouse very irate. Though my demeanor was off putting and my attitude was horrendous, Ms. Walker didn’t fail to assure me that she could assist me in whatever way I needed her to.
    She sat on the phone with me for two days and tried to work things out and I failed to even comply. I tried my best to make things hard and for that, I wanted to apologize. I also wanted to say that she is so professional, so patient, and is careful with her choice of words.
    Marsha not only deserves a raise and free lunch, but she deserves a hug! I hope any future guests that encounter her sees what a gem she truly is and as she moves up, I hope you all cherish her too! I wish I had treated her a lot better but at least she did her job. She handled me in the way you’d handle someone you know personally. She gave me as much attention as she could in, what seemed to be, a very busy clubhouse. She offered me the opportunity to come out and meet with her personally as well. She made space as best as she could to discuss my situation earlier in the morning and (although I didn’t show it) I am grateful.
    Whomever is in charge of reviews, I hope you all share this with her for me. Thank you for your time!
