RecommendedConsistent Top Quality, Honest Exceptional Customer Service We’ve had our fence for more than 20 yrs but had to replace it due to underground roots pushing against it causing tilting in some areas and the gate is harder to close from the misalignment. We went with Fence Crafters Inc again for the quality and exceptional customer service. Added surprise on the day of installation was Edgar …… the same person who installed our gate 20 yrs ago!! Edgar is a totally great and decent individual. We highly recommend Fence Crafters Inc…..a great company with such a great group of people. Thank you again Mike, Jodie and Edgar.

RecommendedGreat fence. Mike helped us make some last minute customizations. We used Fence Crafters for full gate replacement, a partial barrier wood fence and an aluminum fence along the back side of our property. The work was all completed quickly and thoroughly. Final product looks fantastic. We were going to keep an old partial piece of our old fence, but Mike helped us to make a better decision which was a much better option for us.

They were not the least expensive, but within the range of pricing of most of the companies. The sales representative was very friendly, easy to work with, and answered all of our questions. The owner was also very responsive to our inquiries. The only issue that we had was scheduling of the work. We had to inquire about the installation time frame and there was not a firm date. But I must say once the work began it was completed with precision and efficiency. My neighbor even commented on the quality of the installer's work. We would recommend using Fence Crafters!

RecommendedGreat price and a great job The owner Mark came out for the initial estimate , he explained opinions and how the whole would work. Once they got the permit from the county the installer came out within the week. He took great care to only disturb what was necessary. The fence was installed in one day. It looks great! I would not hesitate to recommend them .

Mike was friendly & professional providing material samples, explaining all my options, designed my yard plan and obtained all required paperwork for HOA approval, permits & inspections. Edger did a wonderful high quality job fabricating, installing and leveling the fence and gates. Stacy in the office was polite and provided courtesy calls when to expect final inspection and the results. I was very pleased with the entire process and customer service. All work began as scheduled and finished as promised at a very reasonable price point.

RecommendedHIGH QUALITY WORKMENSHIP-VERY FAST AND PROFESSIONAL THE GUYS SHOWED UP EARLY AND DIDN'T TAKE A BREAK, THEY FINISHED OUR FENCE IN THE SAME DAY AND THE FENCE IS PERFECTLY LEVEL AND THEY MADE IT THEMSELVES AND DID NOT PUT UP PREMADE BOARDS FROM HOME DEPOT. THEY BROUGHT THREE GUYS AND WERE DONE IN NO TIME AND THE FENCE IS BEAUTIFUL.

RecommendedInstallers did a great job on our wooden fence After getting our first fence proposal from fence crafters and then getting 5 other quotes, we came back to fence crafters and glad we did. We worked with the owner, Mike, throughout the entire process and he kept the communication open even during the middle of the pandemic when permits were taking longer and wood supply was hard to find. Our fence came out beautiful and the installers were very meticulous about their work.
