RecommendedCody arrived on time for our scheduled appointment, was extremely respectful, communicated extremely well about what he was going to do, what he was finding with the AC unit and how he planned to fix it. He didn't try to sell me anything like a new unit. The price was very reasonable and they had a very easy way to explain the billing, sign, and pay all with our phones. I highly recommend 360 and we will be using them for all of our HVAC needs.

RecommendedThe owner of this business went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible, while getting the job done quickly! They were our second quote vs Fayette Heating and Air. We are "Comfy Club" members with Fayette H&A. With member discounts, we were quoted $1200 to replace a pressure valve, including six hours of labor. We almost submitted to eating that cost, but then I saw a post on Nextdoor complaining about Fayette Heating and Air. In the comments, I found a recommendation for 360 Heating and Air. Their personal service and communication did not disappoint! In conclusion, they completed the pressure pump job for $600 in less than 2 hours. We are now big fans of 360! I should also mention, the service provider for Fayette Heating and Air attempted to collect payment at the time the quote was completed. Even before the job was completed! My gut said "Naw. That's shady!" Glad that we went with 360! Responsive, affordable, and transparent! Oh, and after the HVAC work was completed, Fayette Heating

He gave an honest assessment of our situation and only charged for the service run. He could've taken advantage of our lack of knowledge but didn't. We'll definitely use 360 again!

They kept me up to date with schedule changes. I received a call from Cody W. when he was on his way. When Cody arrived, he was cordial and explained all issues and costs. I had seen their reference on Angi and am so glad I found them. I have one more bid to consider, but I have to say they are locally-owned, which is a priority.

Peter Wilkins presented the product options and even offered me a portable air conditioner while I waited for my new HVAC system to be installed. I showed him a quote from another company, and he was able to offer a very competitive price. He also assured me that I could contact him anytime if I had questions or needed assistance with the unit. I found 360 Heating and Air through Google and chose them because of their quick response, quality workmanship, warranty, Wi-Fi-enabled system, and focus on safety. After comparing their proposal with the other quotes I received, I found their offer to be exceptional. Kalub and Steven did an outstanding job installing the system. They were friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Kalub took the time to answer my questions and showed me how to operate the new system. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service I received from 360 Heating and Air. Thank you to the entire team for making the process smooth and stress-free. RecommendedFantastic experience with 360 Heating and Air! From the initial diagnostic call to the final installation, their team provided top-tier customer service and communication. The job started with Cody coming out to diagnose our old heat pump and why it wasn't keeping up cooling our house as the temperatures started to climb. He was thorough, and pretty quickly we determined that a repair just wasn't going to be cost-effective. From there, Peter and Taylor did a great job walking me through all of our replacement options. Peter and Ryan then stepped up and patiently answered every single question I had about the new systems we were looking at. To top it off, Taylor went completely above and beyond by bringing a portable AC unit to our house to keep us cool and comfortable until the new system could be installed. That is next-level care. When installation day arrived, Cody, Kaleb, and Steven did a phenomenal job putting everything in. The crew was knowledgeable, respectful, highly professional in appearance, and timely. They worked efficiently and took great care of our home throughout the entire process. We've been running the new system, and the best part is that it works so flawlessly we don't even have to think about it anymore. Listen to their recommendations and install a variable speed unit-the system works so much better than our old system! They also installed new thermostats to replace our old Ecobee units, and the new ones work even better and offer way more options. It's incredibly rare to find this level of craftsmanship, cleanliness, and care from an entire company. I highly recommend 360 Heating and Air! Make the wise choice and give them a call!

Has been the most pleasant experience from the first time I spoke to Taylor Buckley setting up the appointment and helping me figure out the best system to suit the needs for my home. My technicians Kaleb Houston and Steven Lamb arrived at my home on time and were very courteous and pleasant to talk to. They were very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to get my new furnace and A/C unit installed. They made my worst day a pleasant experience.
