Recommended360 Heating & Air came & serviced our heat pump today . Two outstanding technicians, Cody & Kaleb. They did a fabulous job. So great that we signed a yearly contract to service our heat pump for the entire year. Prices are very reasonable.

RecommendedI came home at 10pm and no heat. 42 degrees. I called 360 Heating & Air and within 3 hours my heat was working. Cody was the technician. I highly recommend them.

After doing some research, I found a very reputable company that offered a clean air solution for our home. RecommendedI can't recommend 360 heating and air enough. We got several quotes on getting our hvac replaced and by far 360 was the most thorough and well priced. Taylor worked with us on scheduling and quoting equipment and communication was very easy and helpful. Cody and Kaleb installed our new system and they worked tirelessly in the cold weather to remove and install new equipment despite the shortcuts the previous installer had made. They communicated with us each step of the way and ultimately delivered a great product.

RecommendedMy experience with 360 Heating & Air was phenomenal, from my first contact via phone to the installation of a new system. My initial contact with Taylor, Ryan and Peter was very friendly and informative and yet they broke the info down to being easily understood. They kept me apprised of the status of install, and the follow up was great. Cody and Caleb were the techs who performed the installation and they also were very communicative and ensured I fully understood the HVAC installation. Cody provided me pictures of the new system, as well as where they had straightened a sagging air flow trunk line from initial installation, and had secured it to a beam to provide optimal air flow to a room the most distant from the furnace unit. Both Caleb and Cody ensured there was good airflow from the vents and they remained on site for a period of time to ensure the new unit was operating correctly and effectively. The clean up was great as they left nothing behind to be disposed of. I would definitely recommend 360 Heating & Air to others and enjoyed working with them in this project, and if I need service for a HVAC system in the future, I will definitely give them a call.

RecommendedWe had a great experience with 360 Heating & Air. Our outside HVAC unit was not working. We called and had a technician at our home within a couple of hours. Peter was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed it and discovered the issue quickly, had the parts with him and got us back up and going quickly. Peter also advised us regarding the age of our HVAC unit and provided us with a proposal for a replacement unit I highly recommend them.

RecommendedI would highly recommend them, 10 stars, anyone needing heating or cooling work you need to talk with them first... I sent in a request on the website was contacted by them super quick. Was asked some questions to help them understand my issue with the heating system. Schedule a time for them to stop by to troubleshoot and diagnose what was needed, they order the parts needed, once parts arrived they called me to set up the installation time that fit my schedule. Thank you for taking care of my Heating.

Come Monday, these gentleman worked tirelessly all day long to ensure my new system was installed correctly and my family had heat on a cold night. They went above and beyond.
