RecommendedWe have an older HVAC system currently that has been going down hill. Pete and his team acted promptly when I reached out. The professionalism and industry knowledge was off the charts. My wife and I were worried about an older HVAC and how it can be serviced. Since we were introduced to Peter and the 360 Heating and Air team, those worries have come to a halt. We can't recommend them enough. Just an absolute pleasure.

Recommended360 heating and air is easily the best hvac company I have dealt with in 30 years. They responded quickly and had my problem fixed the next day for a very reasonable fee. All personnel are very nice and easy to deal with. The worked on a mini split and my house hvac at the beginning of summer and I couldn't be happier. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

RecommendedWell that was easy! I have a different HVAC company I have a lot of experience with, many years. My basement unit stopped working and I had no idea why but it seemed like it would need some money to get going again, and I was right. I called my old faithfuls and unfortunately they weren't available for a couple days earliest, bummer. I went ahead and set the appointment up anyway, deciding to wait, but then I remembered... there's a new company my friend told me about called 360 heating and air, and I thought "Eh, what can it hurt to see if they are available?" So I called 360 and the dispatcher had someone in the neighborhood already and said they would be happy to see what it looks like. In less than 10 minutes, they arrived with booties on smelling of excellence, not Camel lights. In 20 minutes, he had figured out what had failed and had a quote prepared to replace it. In 2 hours, my HVAC was fixed and paid for, AND they helped me get a warranty started on the part that failed because it was a manufacturer defect still covered, and factored those savings into my price. Both technicians were pleasantly knowledgeable, integrous, and obviously aiming to please. Pleased we were. I'm thrilled to have stumbled across this team of experts in a world full of average, and look forward to referring them to my friends as well! 5 stars my friends!

RecommendedI called 360 Heating and Air after noticing a large amount of water in my drain pan. Their technician showed up the same day, was able to locate and fix the problem and clean up the water. My AC is good as new and I signed up for their Service Plan to ensure any future problems will be caught before becoming a huge expense.
