I have been working at Advanced Pest Management for over seventeen years. I have moved up to Office Supervisor during that time. I love this business, every day is something exciting, Bedbugs, Termites Rats, etc... We have a friendly professional staff that's eager to help you when you call. All of our technicians are licensed and equipped with the most up to date procedures. I take pride in assisting our customers, either dealing with a bed bug crisis, rodent issue or a stressful situation like a Termite Swarm. Great job all the time I am very happy with advance exterminating. They are always on time and they do a great job. THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ✔ I was referred to APMS by my friend Eddie who I trust 100% , when I called him and asked him and asked how he keeps his business rodent and bug free he said call my guy Willie he's the best in the business! So I did just that and since their first visit we were well on the road to recovery from the nasty rodents and bugs that were infesting my mechanic shop as well as the administrative office.
I signed up for their monthly maintenance plan and I must say we have been successful in keeping them out of our daily lives. The tech that comes is very pleasant and professional he always makes sure to address any concerns that I may have and overall I am beyond grateful for their service.

Thorough walk-through, knowledgeable staff, great service Each visit is done with care, a detailed report is generated after each visit and they provide a log book so that on our monthly visits they can go straight to any issues we have. Reminders are sent out prior to visit and they notify you of any schedule changes with plenty of time. I am extremely happy with the service and I am glad I made the switch from my previous exterminator.

I dont recommend this service. My very bad experince Technician came to my apt to catch a mouse that I trapped him in the closet two days ago. First he checked all radiator areas in order to find possible holes and then opened that closet door and applied pounds (literally) of ditrac tracking powder directly to our medicines, perfumes, towels etc. all of them are wasted. Then he missed that mouse, because he escaped to our bathroom. The technician used another tons of tracking powder to my restroom. Finally he told me that I need to trust him the mouse was under the bathroom furniture and we could see his dead body another day, he promised. Unfortunately, there was no dead mouse because after the technician, I found a large hole near the bathroom radiator. Then, I closed that hole with steel wool and foam by myself. Most probably the mouse escaped from that hole and we will never know. To sum up, for 292 something USD, he could not catch the trapped mouse, he could not find the hole in radiator area and messed up all apt that we were able to clean it for 2 days because of that very toxic powder !!! Btw, he had no idea what he used it for that mouse. He called his colleague next to me and asked what was the killing time for that powder and his friend replied to him about 7-8 hrs, but initially he told me in minutes the mouse would be paralized. Also, his friend adviced him to use other tools rather than powder. When we checked on internet about that powder, we learned that tracking powder should not use for that purpose. So, as I understand he put himself and us at great risk (I have pictures and video record about my complaint if it is necessary).

Not a bug in sight I have a quarterly service set up and I sleep better knowing that my home is bug and rodent free. The technicians are always very helpful and take care to check possible trouble spots and replace/check all traps.
