    You know how it is. You have a house in South Florida and the heat kills your compressor, and you're lucky if you make it through a summer without a breakdown of your unit. I started using Airworx about 2 years ago. I was renting a big beautiful house with a basically new air conditioner. I realize that no matter how old or new, the Florida heat, dust and grime in the pipes, will always give you a headache. All this just to say, Airworx has not disappointed me once to date. I just bought an annual plan because I don't think of any other company when it's time to call for service. The people are fantastic and seem to actually care about what they do and how they treat their clients. I had a lot of fun with air conditioning companies over the last 20 plus years. I remember when AAC (air around the clock) was smaller and I went off on the owner for his attitude. I had used them for years. Next time you have an issue, give Airworx a call. I'm sure you won't be a disappointed. I have had Rashod on at least two occasions. Smart, knowledgeable, kind, respectful. What else could you ask for right?

    Isaiah & Marty were outstanding technicians and professionals. Courteous and informative. I recommend them both for a raise and promotion. Also, they deserve some extra vacation time and a few gift cards to their favorite restaurant.

    Our AC broke at our rental property. We got 3 quotes from other companies, this company was the most competitive quote. They came out the next day. Everything was perfect. They left out property spotless. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs an AC replacement and services.

    Roshad was excellent in every way...timely arrival (considering it is a Sunday and this was a last-minute call), excellent customer service and communication and was respectful of our space while he was here working at the house. He was able to diagnose the issue in a timely manner and communicated his finding and offering solutions. We appreciate his honesty and would gladly have him back to service our house.

    I have been with Airworx for years and they are great - reliable, effective and top level service. Roshad was my tech and he has serviced my AC the last couple of times. He is fantastic! Not only did he get to my house super fast on a Sunday, he fixed the problem quickly. Very professional and highly knowledgeable. Has a passion for his craft you don't see much these days. I cannot recommend Airworx and Roshad enough!

    I have been with Airworx for 12 years as a customer! I have recommended them to my family and friends! They have serviced all 3 of the homes I have lived in, my in-laws home, my aunts home, my sister's home, and I have yearly maintenance plans with them for my two apartments. Of all the various palm beach county locations I have been serviced in, Wilbert was my technician in Jupiter for my yearly service in 2022 and came again this afternoon to complete an install that began last night. He was a true lifesaver! Wilbert is knowledgeable, clear in his explanations and above and beyond in his professionalism. It was raining and he took great care to put booties on his shoes to keep my apartment clean, regardless of how many times he had to go back outside to work on the compressor and come back in to the handler. He treated my home with care as it was his own. He was sure to demonstrate what high performance should be vs what I was getting from my capicitor knowing I'm not a pro, he gave me honest advice without pressure to make my decisions on how to proceed. I knew he was great a year ago, but today, I learned he is the best tech Airworx has! Thank you Wilbert!! Please keep my units on your schedule for the future! Eternally Grateful! Rashad, Zach, and Mike in Delray are equally amazing, fast and efficient! I can always count on Airworx to be honest and try to help us manage our costs.
