    I had a problem with my air conditioning system and called Airworx Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Inc. Within two hours they came to my condo and fixed the problem. Their employees were very professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

    I have tried many other AC companies in the past and none of them even come close to the customer service that I received from Airworx! Airworx is by far the best HVAC company that services West Palm Beach, FL. We just had a coil replaced and the technician did an excellent job. He was very professional, meticulous and kept us informed on everything he was doing. Our system is working perfectly now and we are very pleased with the service that we received from Airworx. A extremely trustworthy company! Thank you Airworx for doing such a outstanding job!

    Airworx responded promptly to my call. A technician was sent to my house immediately, and solved my problem. The technician was very polite. And solved my problem quickly.

    Airworx installed a new Trane unit within a day of ordering it. The installers were friendly and very professional and it was very tight and difficult install. everything including new thermostat works perfectly and the follow up was great. Airworx is new to us, but I'm very comfortable getting the 10year labor warranty to cover what Trane won't from Airworx.

    My A.C was broken for two weeks and every other A.C. Company that came to my house to check on it offered me ridiculous rates. However when working with Airworx they provided me great rates with a reliable price breakdown. They were so easy to work with and accommodating to my time. Definitely would use their services again!

    Was recommended Airworx by a friend after purchasing a home. They sent Mike out for the bi-annual maintenance and he was very thorough and professional when explaining to me some things i should know about my unit and system. Great Service!

    Airworx is a great company with great customer serbice. They are always available. I needed them to come service my unit on a Sunday night. No questions asked, they showed up very quickly and serviced the unit to ensure my house was cool to sleep. I continue to use them with their maintenance plan which is hassle free up keep of system i purchased through Airworx. I recommend them to everyone.

    I just moved into a new condo and needed my A/C unit serviced, and lo and behold, Mike the Airworx technician arrived (right as my appointment was scheduled for) and did exactly that. My unit is nearly 9 years old, but that didn't impede Mike. Sure enough, it was running like it was brand new once he was through working his magic on it. I could not recommend Airworx, or Mike, enough!!

    Our 1989 apartment was renovated. Part of the work involved replacement of about 15 tired, old various sized vents throughout. Evid's team measured each and the company installers replaced all of them. The reno is completed and the new vents and air intakes have very positively changed the look of the apartment. They're busy and they come through.

    I'm extremely happy with my experiences with Airworx. When my air conditioning unit decided to go out of business. They were unable to immediately find an air conditioner of the type that I wanted. It would be a several day delay. They loaned me and installed a temporary unit that worked just wonderful. They installed the exact Trane A/C that I specified. It has been completely trouble-free. I signed up for their service contract, and they send me reminders when it is time for a check up. I am very happy with this company and do not hesitate to recommend them.

    Installation was professional, clean and on schedule as to appointment date and time Installers were knowledgeable, friendly and professional Contact coordinator/manager individual was on site for the initial part of the install and later on as install was finishing. Also a pleasure to work with and was there to answer any of my questions and concerns. Also a real plus was that he completely set up the Nest thermostat system which was far beyond my pay grade LOL Job well done

    I have been with this company for 10 years. Although it has not been a smooth service all the time, I want to give kudos to technician Marcos. There was a weird situation with my one year old AC were hot and cold were blowing at the same time. He was working on it for hours, did not give up until he found the issue (cracked cables inside the thermostat), and called a second set of eyes to make sure the issue was totally resolved. So, tk you Marcos for making sure my family and my 90 year old mom are going to be ok in the current temperatures.

    Airworx has come to the rescue several times. Summer in South Florida requires air conditioning. Airworx is very responsive to contact, and helps with any problems. We like and recommend them, unconditionally. And over the years, we swear by Trane.
