    Always professional and no drama. Technicians call and email when they are on their way, also pleasant and efficient. Decent rates and not pushy. Just used them again for annual maintenance last month and all went smoothly.

    Airworks installed our new unit about 3 years ago and we have had a maintenance contract with them since. They remind us of our prepaid maintenance appointments and do a thorough job when they arrive. They have responded in a timely manner whenever we have had an issue with the system. I highly recommend them for Air Conditioning purchases, installation and maintenance.

    I've been a customer of Air Worx for 5 years and they have always been professional, timely and knowledgeable with fair value. I've had multiple great techs over the years for maintenance and a couple of emergency calls. They always clearly explain cost and options it's a problem (vs maintenance), never with any pressure. The customer service on the phone has been great too, scheduling is easy.

    We have been using Airworx for 4 yrs for our maintenance on our A/C ,. We have been so happy with the service we receive !Out technicians have always pointed out areas of potential concerns as well as how to best care for our A/C to increase its longevity.     Will Parkes is the highlight of the company. I have been with Will since Airworx was Affordable.     If you live in South Florida and have to make won call for any A/C issues, be sure to call Airworx for quick service and reasonable prices. Be sure to ask for Daniel! He will explain your issue to you in basic terms so you understand, and will also work hard to get you deal on a new unit if it's needed.

    I have been with Airworx for 10 years as a customer! I have recommended them to my family and friends! They have serviced all 3 of the homes I have lived in, my in-laws home, my aunts home, my sister's home, and I have yearly maintenance plans with them for my two apartments. Of all the various palm beach county locations I have been serviced in, Wilbert was my technician in Jupiter for my yearly service in 2022 and came again this afternoon to complete an install that began last night. He was a true lifesaver! Wilbert is knowledgeable, clear in his explanations and above and beyond in his professionalism. It was raining and he took great care to put booties on his shoes to keep my apartment clean, regardless of how many times he had to go back outside to work on the compressor and come back in to the handler. He treated my home with care as it was his own. He was sure to demonstrate what high performance should be vs what I was getting from my capicitor knowing I'm not a pro, he gave me honest advice without pressure to make my decisions on how to proceed. I knew he was great a year ago, but today, I learned he is the best tech Airworx has! Thank you Wilbert!! Please keep my units on your schedule for the future! Eternally Grateful!

    Daniel, and the rest of the team at airworx are polite,courteous, and are experts in the HVAC Industry. They even say Hello with a SMILE on their face! Not very common nowadays...Daniel always does a thorough Maintenance of my AC Unit and always shows me before and after photos of cleaning the coils and the condition of the unit inside. Daniel is always polite and very friendly when he stops here! 10/10 would recommend!!

    Outstanding company. They have Professional and extremely knowledgeable Employees and are honorable and consistently out perform the competition. One our units failed yesterday. They sent a Technician immediately. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts and made the repairs. Harold communicates well and was a pleasure to deal with.The office staff( Lauren, Maria and Dennis) were terrific! I have been a customer for many years. We have never been disappointed.

    Airworx just installed a new 2 ton unit on a condo for us. Things needed to be retrofitted. They got the job done no problem. The guys that came out to do the install were professional and efficient. Evid was very professional and helpful in this process putting everything together. Dealing with everyone in the Office was a breeze. Lauren and Maria were great and super easy to work with for payment and getting me docs I needed for the HOA. This is not the first time I have called Airworx. They have also done maintenance on another unit for me. Always on time and ready to help and knowledgeable about what needs to be done and what doesn't. Highly recommend this company for any AC related needs in South Florida. I'm sure I will call them again.

    I have been with this company for 10 years. Although it has not been a smooth service all the time, I want to give kudos to technician Marcos. There was a weird situation with my one year old AC were hot and cold were blowing at the same time. He was working on it for hours, did not give up until he found the issue (cracked cables inside the thermostat), and called a second set of eyes to make sure the issue was totally resolved. So, tk you Marcos for making sure my family and my 90 year old mom are going to be ok in the current temperatures.
