    Roshad Foster from Airworx came out to our home on Sunday morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our air handler, which is in the roof. He took the time to explain the problem to me and my wife and then he repaired it. He was very patient with us to make sure that we knew what was wrong and what we could do to avoid the problem in the future. He was an excellent technician, and I would recommend that his bosses give him a raise because he is worth it.

    This morning, a gentleman named Roshad F arrived at our home to service the AC. He was (10) minutes early, very professional, and knew exactly what he needed to do. He showed me pictures of our AC system, explaining what was what. We've used AIRWORX AIR CONDITIONING for years-professional, knowledgeable, and the company we highly recommend.     I had a coil that was leaking and needed replacement. Lauren and Pilar in the office worked tirelessly to get me a new coil for my AC unit and saved me over $2,000. Casey and Isahia did the install in less that the time expected. These guys are true professionals, well versed in their field. Can't thank the team at Airworx enough, for both saving me money and providing the peace of mind to know that the job was done right. I highly recommend this company.

    Casey did maintenance at our house and was extremely efficient and quick. We have had other ac companies take much longer to do our maintenance but Casey was very professional, efficient and quick. He did not waste anytime. I would 100% use him and airworx again!

    Great service and technical details. I have been a customer of Airworx for 8 years. During my time and their efforts, my A/C maintenance contract has been excellent and reliable.     Although I have always been pleased with the service Airworx has provided me, I was blown away the other day when in addition to the service he provided, Ray gave m a mini education about the workings of my unit.     I would recommend Air Worx A/C highly as a company to trust to do the job right. Whether it s an A/C tune-up or install of a New System. From start to finish the job is done by a professional. My recent experience was for our bi- yearly service. From start to finish either the office and Cynthia to the Service Technician Raymond the customer service and professionalism was outstanding. Raymond the technician was outstanding, he was neat, polite, courteous and professional. He did the job, explained what he was doing and was outstanding in the process. Thank you for a job well done. ?

    The technician-Roshad-that has done work on my unit has been outstanding. He is so respectful of our home and there is absolutely not one speck of dirt anywhere when he is finished. He is polite ,gets the job done quietly and efficiently. He is one of the best service people I have had to my home, not only for air conditioning, but for any service.

    Today had a new Trane two stage AC system installed. Airworx did a fantastic job. I really like the new Trane WIFI thermostat as well. My single stage Trane lasted 20 years. I think that's great for Florida. Big Trane believer.

    When your AC says 'no', call AirWorx! If your tech says 'it's a goner', AirWorx says 'can do!' Had a total failure of one house unit and they never quit until we were cool again. Recommend you consider AirWorx when your service contract comes up for renewal. Extremely knowledgeable techs and excellent customer service and response time.

    I cannot say enough good things about Airworx and its employees. I have used them for years and have service contracts with two AC units. My Daikin minisplit had a unique and seemingly unsolvable problem Daniel was sent from Airworx and was determined to find the issue. It took several trips but Daniel finally found an obscure tiny interior switch that needed replacing. The part was relatively inexpensive. I was not charged for the many service calls. Daniel was amazing with his patience and effort. It is now working without any glitches. I would never use another company. Frances H Wellington, FL.

    Had a circumstance where our air conditioning system failed to operate and Airworx responded almost immediately. They sent Luke their technician however he should be retitled Dr. Luke. Luke viewed the mechanical system and believed he saw the problem but that was not enough for him he further reviewed the situation to eliminate other potential problems. Needless to say Dr. Luke resolved our issue and got our system up and running. Very professional very competent. Thank you Airworx for sending Dr. Luke.

    I've had the pleasure of having Mike S. the technician fix my AC unit several times now since moving out, and I have to say, he has never once failed in getting it running smoothly again, and he is always incredibly quick in doing so I might add. Sadly, however, all AC units run their course and need to be replaced at some point, and so I naturally picked Airworx to help me out with the process of replacement. Not soon after ordering my new unit, Mike Brown and Bryan came to install it first thing in the morning, managing to both remove the old one and install the new one in record time. I was very impressed with their efficiency as well as their friendly and helpful service. Would certainly recommend Airworx to all my friends and anyone else reading this review!

    Called airworx after waking up to a hot house. The technician, Jason, called me back within a few minutes and was at my house within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to get my AC working again. He was very professional. Highly recommend!

    Today I had a new air conditioning system installed on my townhouse. I want to thank Lauren in customer service, Daniel the comfort adviser, Adrian and Lazaro the service technicians for an excellent experience with Airworks.     Fantastic company to deal with. From service , educating the consumer, sales, and installation everything was 5 stars. Would have liked to push the old unit down the road a bit further but it was 25 years old. The replacement is a Trane with a 10 year warranty, Energy savings alone will pay for itself in a few years. Thank you Airworx ?

    AIrworx is a top-notch honest AC company. They did the original AC install for my tiny home. WHen the split unit ceased to cool, two years later they came right out and diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, the part was not readily available, but they were great on updating me on when the part would arrive and they also temporarily got the unit to cool until the new part arrived. After further inspection they decided that they could fix the unit without the new part and saved me $200 in the process. I would like to commend both Pilar in the office and Dylan the technician for their dedication and communication.

    YEAH! First time user and there were some problems on install of 2 complete new Trane units. Many Dollars spent! I highly recommend this company. The end result was a story of follow through by them in the kind of business that receives crappy reviews when all is not perfect (just like we aren't). When the need for adjustments came up they listened but also wanted to educate which was not really what I wanted to hear. When I was able to speak they listened more. Tell me if you can help is what I wanted to know. (They are successful in their business and if it were not for their office staff of, "The Honcho" Lauren, (my name for her), Pilar the dedicated "Backup Honcho" and Cynthia, the ultimate sweet voiced calming listener and problem solver, the company may not have been in this review. They worked to keep the ball in play which is so important in a company that is stretched thin sometimes in being able to reach the person that is able to make a decision. It ended with the good results that I have experienced with them). The field staff that I met AND OBSERVED, were obviously experienced and dedicated to getting it right. It was today, 4/10/24, that the issue I had wanted taken care of, resulted in a follow up visit that resolved the problem through the meticulous work of Jason, the Service Technician. His organization, preparedness and demeaner were all top shelf.
