    I have a relatively new mini split that was not cooling. Ralph was the technician, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to educate me on my piece of equipment. I don't pretend to have understood all that he said, but he was willing to go the extra mile. He spent time trying to find the problem and we hope that by adding the Freon, the system will now work properly. The original installer of the unit is no longer in business, so I found a dependable company with Airworx. I also want to add that Lauren in the office was very helpful with my problem.

    Air works is the best A/C company. They were very truthful in what they recommended. Hundreds of dollars less than other companies. I have been using them for over 5 years . And the white glove service no mess what so ever .

    My technician was terrific, very professional and efficient. He cleaned out the drain, which I always have problems with no matter what AC unit I have. I would Not hesitate to use this company they're wonderful.

    Can't say enough great things about my experience! Harold showed up earlier than expected which was great. We talked through what the issue was, and he was able to easily diagnose the problem, tell me the solution and keep it all moving. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, so I even signed up for the service plan to continue working with AirWorx. Thank you for a prompt and productive visit to hep my family through what could have been a major headache!

    Adriel serviced our two AC units last week and did a fantastic and comprehensive job. He was meticulous with his cleanup and had complete knowledge of every component within the system. We have been using Airworx for over a decade and have enjoyed the service and professionalism that they deliver. Know one is perfect, but Airworx strives to satisfy that benchmark.
