  • Daniel, and the rest of the team at airworx are polite,courteous, and are experts in the HVAC Industry. They even say Hello with a SMILE on their face! Not very common nowadays...Daniel always does a thorough Maintenance of my AC Unit and always shows me before and after photos of cleaning the coils and the condition of the unit inside. Daniel is always polite and very friendly when he stops here! 10/10 would recommend!!

  • Outstanding company. They have Professional and extremely knowledgeable Employees and are honorable and consistently out perform the competition. One our units failed yesterday. They sent a Technician immediately. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts and made the repairs. Harold communicates well and was a pleasure to deal with.The office staff( Lauren, Maria and Dennis) were terrific! I have been a customer for many years. We have never been disappointed.

  • Airworx just installed a new 2 ton unit on a condo for us. Things needed to be retrofitted. They got the job done no problem. The guys that came out to do the install were professional and efficient. Evid was very professional and helpful in this process putting everything together. Dealing with everyone in the Office was a breeze. Lauren and Maria were great and super easy to work with for payment and getting me docs I needed for the HOA. This is not the first time I have called Airworx. They have also done maintenance on another unit for me. Always on time and ready to help and knowledgeable about what needs to be done and what doesn't. Highly recommend this company for any AC related needs in South Florida. I'm sure I will call them again.

  • I have been with this company for 10 years. Although it has not been a smooth service all the time, I want to give kudos to technician Marcos. There was a weird situation with my one year old AC were hot and cold were blowing at the same time. He was working on it for hours, did not give up until he found the issue (cracked cables inside the thermostat), and called a second set of eyes to make sure the issue was totally resolved. So, tk you Marcos for making sure my family and my 90 year old mom are going to be ok in the current temperatures.

  • Woke up this morning and the air conditioning would not turn on. It was fine when we went to bed last night. But we woke up this morning, and it was hot. We called Airworx This was 10:30 AM on a Saturday. Wilbert arrived in less than 3 hours. He checked a few things. Bypassed our thermostat, and the AC turned right on. What a relief ! All we needed was a new thermostat. He had one on his truck. Was able to install it right away. The house was cool again within one hour. Very honest and friendly. Thank you Airworx!

  • First time using this company as just signed a contract. Got a notice tech was in route. Mike arrived on time and explained to me exactly what was the problem and how he would resolve it. He was terrific and my AC unit is now running perfectly. I would recommend this company and Mike to anyone looking for a professional company to service AC needs.

  • Let me get started by saying I might be biased because of just how bad my previous HVAC company was. They were so bad they tried paying me to lie about their services. Airworx on the other hand has been rock stars since day one. I called them on a friend's referral and the sales process was a breeze for both my properties. Larry helped. Made it simple. Gave me everything in writing and even explained my options and worked with me to make sure I'd be taken care of. After I agreed and paid, he even followed up to make sure my preventive maintenance got taken care of. Then the day came. And Mike showed up. You know those guys that explain things to you and take the time to show you why things happen - he did all of that and more. Every time something I should know happened - he let me know in advance. The unit had never been serviced - was supposed to have been by the previous provider - but Mike showed me the unbroken seal. But he took care of me and was extra through to make sure everything worked and there was no mold. He was great. I feel so comfortable having Airworx and Mike look after the unit because I feel I'll get the full 10+ years out of the unit. Thank you guys for being great! Highly recommend these guys. 5 stars. Plus 1 extra bonus star!

  • I had my regular maintenance for both air-conditioners and Wilbert was a true professional. I have been working with airworx for about 4 years now and have always had a great experience. This time was a bit different, Wilbert went the extra mile to make sure my dehumidifier on my upstairs unit was enabled and working properly, he took the time to explain what he did and I already feel the difference upstairs. I always feel comfortable knowing I have airworx in case something happens with my AC thanks again.

  • Good Company and we do recommend them! BUT their new Location at 2755 Hillsboro Rd in WPB is nuts. Their tech block the road to Omar, park their trucks in the roadway, parked a truck at the Omar/Hillsboro W bound Stop sign. Almost caused an accident. This is just poor planning. Our street was hard before but none of the techs even move just stare ya down as you drive. Just a Huge concern for Safety. Still no change for the better even worse now.

  • This is the 2nd time I have used them for a service call. Both times, the technician was courteous and straight forward. I find the prices to be fair. The gentleman today helped with with something else as I am injured and on crutches. He went above and beyond.

  • I call to fix my AC last week March 1,2023. They told me that I needed to replace the AFC board, The next day they called with the price of $660,00 I paid for that, I thought they had fixed my problem One hour and half lakerthe A/C stopped working. I called and they said someone would between 2 and 5 PM. Finally someone come at 6:15. He spend a couple hours fixing the A/C. After 2 hours the A/C was not working again. The same problem, I spend. 724.00 That night wanted me to pay another $224. I told him I would not pay because the A/C I already paid $724 and they never fixed the real problem. He told the manager would call me on Monday.. He never called. On Saturday I had to call another company. They fixed the problem. I had to pay for this also. I would never use this company again. I would not recommend them to anybody.

  • After getting several estimates I chose Airworx as I was impressed with their advisor Max who listened to me, and came back with good answers. Time was of the essence and he assured me that he had sourced the equipment and could accomplish a quick, probably one-day install within the next few days. I was a bit skeptical, but what the heck. Sure enough, on the morning of the scheduled install there appeared to be a glitch concerning equipment availability. With the expert help of Max, who I reached out to and Kathy at the office my crew showed up before 10:30am. I went over the job with them as I felt that the situation was very demanding. The install crew who are actually company ambassadors, Bismarck and Dienier were patient, super polite, and respectful of the property (and me.) These guys spent like ten hours of focused hard work doing my complex removal/install. They were at all times good natured, friendly, and professional. They did a great job. Some slight tweaking was required and they were back taking care of it within an hour of my aggravated New Yorker call. A minor cosmetic finish was slightly delayed but did not require my presence, as I was leaving town. I was assured that it would be done ASAP and it was. My thanks to all. I would highly recommend Airworx.
