    You know how it is. You have a house in South Florida and the heat kills your compressor, and you're lucky if you make it through a summer without a breakdown of your unit. I started using Airworx about 2 years ago. I was renting a big beautiful house with a basically new air conditioner. I realize that no matter how old or new, the Florida heat, dust and grime in the pipes, will always give you a headache. All this just to say, Airworx has not disappointed me once to date. I just bought an annual plan because I don't think of any other company when it's time to call for service. The people are fantastic and seem to actually care about what they do and how they treat their clients. I had a lot of fun with air conditioning companies over the last 20 plus years. I remember when AAC (air around the clock) was smaller and I went off on the owner for his attitude. I had used them for years. Next time you have an issue, give Airworx a call. I'm sure you won't be a disappointed. I have had Rashod on at least two occasions. Smart, knowledgeable, kind, respectful. What else could you ask for right? UPDATE: I HAD THEM COME OUT AGAIN AND THEY'RE STILL JUST AS GOOD AS BEFORE!

    Airworks is the A/C company to use. The whole company from the owners to the workers to Ray at the office are top shelf. You will not be disappointed they respond immediately, save you money helping with warranties and the work is timely and excellent. I highly recommend Airworks A/C company.

    From my first interaction with Airworx, I was extremely impressed. I received texts and emails notifying me of my service date and time and then again the hours the technician would arrive. Daniel, the technician arrived and quickly assess the situation. He offered to send quotes to me which were received very quickly. I would highly recommend this company and Daniel the technician.

    Let me get started by saying I might be biased because of just how bad my previous HVAC company was. They were so bad they tried paying me to lie about their services. Airworx on the other hand has been rock stars since day one. I called them on a friend's referral and the sales process was a breeze for both my properties. Larry helped. Made it simple. Gave me everything in writing and even explained my options and worked with me to make sure I'd be taken care of. After I agreed and paid, he even followed up to make sure my preventive maintenance got taken care of. Then the day came. And Mike showed up. You know those guys that explain things to you and take the time to show you why things happen - he did all of that and more. Every time something I should know happened - he let me know in advance. The unit had never been serviced - was supposed to have been by the previous provider - but Mike showed me the unbroken seal. But he took care of me and was extra through to make sure everything worked and there was no mold. He was great. I feel so comfortable having Airworx and Mike look after the unit because I feel I'll get the full 10+ years out of the unit. Thank you guys for being great! Highly recommend these guys. 5 stars. Plus 1 extra bonus star!
