    Wilbert Parkes - Certified Legend. Honestly, this guy deserves a raise and a parking spot with his name on it. Turns out, we let our maintenance agreement lapse (I blame the wife entirely), and I'm guessing your books felt the hit too. Fast-forward to last weekend: main house A/C decided to retire early. I cleaned the line Saturday... same issue Sunday. Guests coming Monday, so I played HVAC hero and did it again. Wife (still partly to blame) set up a service call then connecting with Lauren, and like a true champ, Wilbert showed up after 5PM yesterday - because with about 200 other homeowners' collective HVAC hopes and dreams that happens. He rolls in smiling, professional, cool as ever. I hit him with, "What are you gonna do that I haven't already tried?". I have Google & ChatGTP But Wilbert? Total pro. Cleaned both units like a boss, extended the pipes to prevent future drama, and did it all with charm and confidence. Honestly, he could sell A/C repair to an Eskimo. I was impressed. Clearly, someone trained him really well. All jokes aside, he was an amazing reflection of your whole team. Thank you - seriously. I mean, sure, I'm still going to challenge the American Express charge from yesterday - I've got a reputation to protect. Kidding! (But also... not really. Let's just say AmEx and I have a game) Cheers, Sean

    We had a great experience with Airworx, and I want to recognize the outstanding service we received from their team. Isaiah came out on a Saturday when our AC stopped working. He quickly diagnosed the issue, got it temporarily fixed, and was extremely polite, honest, and hardworking. When we found out we needed a new unit, he took the initiative to speak with our landlord and got everything handled smoothly. Just two days later, Michael and Bryan came out to install the new unit. It wasn't an easy job, but they took their time, did it right, and worked really well together to get it done. The entire Airworx crew has been fantastic reliable, respectful, and hardworking. They absolutely deserve the recognition. Highly recommend!

    Came home and no AC, I called Airworx after hours they came within one hour. The technician worked immediately on the uni and got it running.He was ver professional. Iwas very happy with the service and the fees that I was charged. I highly recommend this company.

    I have tried many other AC companies in the past and none of them even come close to the customer service that I received from Airworx! Airworx is by far the best HVAC company that services Palm Beach County and the surrounding areas. We just had a coil replaced and our technician Mike Simenauer did an excellent job. He was very professional, meticulous and kept us informed on everything he was doing. Our system is working perfectly now and we are very pleased with the service that we received from Airworx. A extremely trustworthy company! Thank you Airworx for doing such a outstanding job!

    I have been in the home improvement business for over 30 years. I don't write reviews very often, but in this case, I felt I had to give a review on this company. I had a major condensation leak in my attic. Airworx worked with me by sending a couple of different technicians to try to solve the problem. I have to say how lucky they are to have an office manager such as Pillar. She is an absolute professional and made me feel comfortable that they would be able to solve the issue. She scheduled an appt with a lead tech, Will, who is an AC genius. This tech is the best I have ever had work on any project at my home. He refused to leave without a solution. He came up with one, and I could not be more pleased with the way Will and Pillar dealt with this issue. Airworx is the best AC company that I have ever dealt with and would highly recommend using them.

    Dave was incredible. My air conditioning went out suddenly leaving my house hot and he came to the rescue quickly and effectively. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix it same day leaving me nice and cool. Great service and bedside manner. I recommend Dave 5 stars

    Will performed 5 star service on our two air conditioning systems today. He was very detailed and explained all issues clearly backed up with pictures so we could actually see what he was referring to. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Truly this was the best air conditioning service ever received. We highly recommend Will at Airworx.
