    I love communication. It gets rid of guessing and assuming. Harold Kilav was in constant contact with me from the beginning. After the initial text that notified me off who's coming, I received a call from call with an actual ETA. He completed the job effectively and efficiently while I waited, and assured me that his report would go to the office where matters would be taking up further. But he left our AC running beautifully. Airworx has been our go-to for air conditioning needs since the 1st call years ago. Now, with all of our properties, we don't need to call anyone else.     The ONLY company that responded to a nighttime emergency call, and I tried MANY. Got us cooled off and averted a potential dangerous situation for a bed ridden 87 year old. As opposed to the extremely annoying AI voices of other larger AC companies, I talked to a PERSON who saddled up at 11pm and got the job done.

    Roshad was on time, very professional, and easy to talk about my concerns with. He kindly explained some things that I had difficulty with, and eased my mind! Lauren, who did the scheduling was very efficient getting me taken care of the next day, which was great because of the Holidays! I Highly Recommend AIRWORX!! Addendum: I had to have AIRWORX, come back and install a UV light that was supposed to have been installed by the original AC company that promised to place my old one in, long story, Ray at AIRWORX scheduled me the very next day to finish what the other company didn't. Daniel was my technician, and what a wonderful experience he provided me! Installed the UV, plus he offered a discount on the Remi Halo ( not sure of spelling) thanks to Daniel our whole home feels fresh and clean!! Definitely worth the money! Highly Recommend AIRWORX & Awesome Staff!!

    Today I got a seasonal tuneup on my HVAC system from Airworx As usual their tech McAly arrived on time and was very personable He performed a very thorough and complete inspection and maintenance on the entire system and explained what he was doing. He left me a detailed report and also advised of a possible upgrade with no hard sell. Another very impressive showing from Airworx. I highly recommend them.
