  • Efficient and timely response to my request This was my first time connecting with EPM and I must say I had a experience in regards to customer service throughout my request process. Both written and verbal communication by EPM was professional and pleasant!

  • On February 6,2020, I received letter that Plantation Club has a webstie through EPM. As of today, there is no website. Isn't this in your contract with Plantation club to provide a website?

  • Quick and easy I phoned in an issue yesterday. Was asked to email my request. I received a reply immediately that they were notifying the property manager. I had somebody at my door the next day to inspect the issue. Since my issue is not an emergency, repairs will be done soon, so as long as that part goes well, I am very satisfied with Exclusive and their service.

  • Meetings It would be nice to get a information on the meeting from the condo administration we cannot always be present as we are snowbird but we do pay our condo fee every month it’s a bit annoying to be ignored. One last thing there a lot of new owners and they all have dogs and sometimes 2 and they bark to bad that the rules and regulations are not being honoured and don’t tell me that they are all services dogs if so we are the building with the most crazy people

  • Professional, focused and effective service Working with the EPM team, and particularly property manager Marie Josephs, is always a pleasure. We receive clear directives and timely responses.
    We find Marie very knowledgeable, professional and she truly cares about the community she serves. There are many "customers" to handle - vendors, staff, residents, board members - and she treats everyone with respect, even when she doesn't get it in return.

  • I would highly recommend EPM to any condominium association anywhere in South Florida! EPM has been managing my property for approximately 4 years now. I've had ownership at Cypress Bend II for 40+ years and I can honestly say that EPM and its staff are the best I have seen during those 40 years. Our property manager, Marie Josephs, manages CBII as if she lives there herself. Marie is very professional and doesn't let anything slip through the cracks. It's nice to know that once in my 40 years at CBII we don't have to worry about hiring the right vendors for specific jobs that need to be addressed. With Marie as property manager and Jessica Turnquist, Marie's assistant, there really is no need for us to have a Board of Director's.
    In closing I would just like to say, keep up the awesome job guys! With you ladies at the helm I know there's no need to worry about the state of CBII.
    Thank you both for all you do and I know it's not easy.

  • Very long delay to get approval It took me more than 2-3 months to get tree removal approval. When I submitted email from City showing approval, process was delayed for 3 weeks as HOA wanted actual permit from City, When City sent me approval email, they forgot to attach permit with email. I can understand that HOA has to follow pre-defined guideline to give approval but it should not delay the process.

Please understand that EPM's role is to simply ensure that all documents are received according to the HOA's application and send to your HOA for them to make a decision. EPM has not part in the decision making or the length it takes for them to make a decision. Nevertheless, we are please to hear that you were able to get the tree removed.

  • Quick service, knowledgeable and very hely I called on behalf of a mutual customer about needing an ARC form and the girl (. I think Jodi) was so incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, knew exactly what needed to be done and was so kind and helpful. If she’s this kind to the roofing contractors I can only imagine how wonderful she is to homeowners

  • Job well done! We are a small community with Mara Carter assigned to our property. Mara keeps the Board informed and when we have issues, she addresses those issues immediately. She is professional, kind and genuinely cares. Sabrina Levine is our account executive and she also does a great job managing our finances along with Mara's guidance. Please let these 2 ladies know they are very much appreciated by our community.
