    Outstanding Customer Service. My daughter called the Riviera Isles Clubhouse regarding her assessment. The call was handled by Ms. Marsha Walker. Ms. Walker was very courteous and professional. I was in the car with my daughter and heard the exchange. I was very impressed.

    High Quality, Great Service & Caring Staff Our Community has been with Exclusive Property Management for many years. Our property manager, Mara Carter is very professional and caring. She is genuinely concerned about our residents and keeping our property in pristine condition. Mara Carter answers e-mails within 24 hours and corrects issues in a timely manner. The Board of Directors know we are in good hands with Mara Carter. Exclusive Property Management should be very proud to have Mara Carter on their team. Thank you.

    Great staff. Very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The staff is always very courteous and willing to help when issues arise. Tameka, Marsha and Pharaoh are great to deal with. In addition, the events that EPM organizes are fun and we always look forward to them!

    Awesome!! I would like to start by saying I have lived in 3 different communities in the past 12 years and this one topped my experiences to the max. I am used to the snappiest customer service when I come to these clubhouses and Victoria was the exact opposite. She was patient, genuine, and assisted me as soon as I walked in with such a positive attitude. Great job!! I look forward to meeting the rest of the staff. Thank you.

    Extremely professional and high standard. Upon walking into the clubhouse I am always greeted by a very professional and very pleasant young lady named Marsha Walker. She always has a smile on her face and is ready to assist you with your needs.
    Marsha has such a great attitude and calm demeanor. I hope she stays with Riviera Isles for a long time.

    Thanks for the great service and professionalism exhibited by Ms. Singh during our landscape review period of our home in Riviera Isles, Capri sub-division. Ms. Singh was congenial and communicative and even met my landscape crew. This high degree of interaction brought me in closer touch with the requirements of my HOA and has made our whole relationship (HOA/resident) a much more favorable interaction. Her proactive action is to be commended in this day and age of troubled times and strained relationships. She should be commended for her heart-felt communicative ability to bring people together for the common good. Thank you EPM for hiring Ms. Singh who is a great, mature, representative of your company in a tough job.

    Our property manager Marie is outstanding,,professional,brillant,resourceful, articulate and addresses all issues immediately. She is a gem in customer service in a nage when we have given up exspecting such.EPM not as efficent I am sorry to say.Marie 5 stars Epm 2 stars . Trying to speak to a human in the coorperate office is very diffucult.
