  • I Just moved from Stamford CT. Luckily I didn't have to keep searching for apt. I felt in love with the 1st one I saw Spanish Moss Terrace. The Ladies At Exclusive Property Management has been extremely helpful from start to end. When I went to get my parking pass it they had they little party I even put a vote on worst xmas sweater, very down to earth, every single one I dealt with were professional attentive, and understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone.

    So I requested the most up to date bylaws and rules of my condo at Oakland Grove Village and got a very old copy. It is dated 1992.

If there were any amendments to the Bylaws, they will be in addition to the original document. The Rules and Regs are what was put in place by your association. EPM does not retype up your R&R.

    Outstanding Customer Service. My daughter called the Riviera Isles Clubhouse regarding her assessment. The call was handled by Ms. Marsha Walker. Ms. Walker was very courteous and professional. I was in the car with my daughter and heard the exchange. I was very impressed.

She is genuinely concerned about our residents and keeping our property in pristine condition. Mara Carter answers e-mails within 24 hours and corrects issues in a timely manner.     Great staff. Very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The staff is always very courteous and willing to help when issues arise. Tameka, Marsha and Pharaoh are great to deal with. In addition, the events that EPM organizes are fun and we always look forward to them!

    Awesome!! I would like to start by saying I have lived in 3 different communities in the past 12 years and this one topped my experiences to the max. I am used to the snappiest customer service when I come to these clubhouses and Victoria was the exact opposite. She was patient, genuine, and assisted me as soon as I walked in with such a positive attitude. Great job!! I look forward to meeting the rest of the staff. Thank you.

    Extremely professional and high standard. Upon walking into the clubhouse I am always greeted by a very professional and very pleasant young lady named Marsha Walker. She always has a smile on her face and is ready to assist you with your needs.
    Marsha has such a great attitude and calm demeanor. I hope she stays with Riviera Isles for a long time.
