    Lisa DeHerrera was absolutely wonderful. She sent me a response to my complaint, answered my phone call, answered my questions and sent me a response email. Also Martina Rodriguez, the on-site manager has been very responsive in getting the information I requested. She sent emails and followed up.

    Friendly group of staff My experience with its staff was great. Made me feel very comfortable and was able to resolve my install request in just a few days. I’m new to this property and a new owner but employees made me feel at home by listening to my concerns and trying to find a quick resolution

    Superb Service From Our Property Manager Belinda Wolowitz Our condominium has been a satisfied client of EPM for over two years, but our new property manager, Belinda Wolowitz has taken the service provided to a whole new level. She is dedicated, competent, and professional, as well as being a pleasure to work with. In the short time that she has been with us, she has demonstrated a level of initiative and commitment that is truly impressive. Belinda has gone above and beyond to learn about our community, familiarize herself with the physical plant, and become a valued asset of our management team. She has already helped us to successfully resolve some long-standing maintenance issues by personally scheduling the work and supervising repairs. This is exemplary of her willingness to go the "extra mile" to see that our community is properly managed and maintained. We are very fortunate to have her. Thanks Belinda!

    Kudos To Terry Gonzalez I had an issue with my April condo maintenance payment. I immediately called Terry Gonzalez, account executive at Exclusive Property Management and within minutes, Terry was able to solve the issue and put my mind at ease. Terry is very professional and genuinely a caring person. She is an asset to the accounting department at Exclusive Property Management. Thank you, Terry!

    Marie Josephs was always responsive, respectful and polite. She took all of my complaints seriously and acted on them immediately. I'm not sure if she is leaving the company, or if she is just no longer managing my particular community, but either way I am VERY sorry to see her go. I dealt directly with Marie Josephs. She's very professional, and at the same time friendly and personable. I'm very sorry to hear she is no longer managing this community.

    Exemplary Assistance from Karen Pinnock! Karen Pinnock was a pleasure to work with. I had an ARC situation which required extensive back-and-forth for permitting with the pool and fence companies; Karen was always available for assistance and extremely thorough.     Great communication We greatly appreciated the work of Jessica Turnquest with dealing with the sprinkler change in Cypress Bend BLDG #4. Despite technical problem, communication was very good, informative in a very polite manor despite of lots of pressure for her.
