    Quality work! Great attention to detail! Helpful to the utmost of her capabilities I just want to take a moment to say how helpful Marsha was while dealing with me. She was quick and knowledgeable and the most helpful front desk person I have ever had the pleasure to interact with. not to mention that i came in with a bit of an attitude but Marsha was very understanding and sympathetic towards my concerns and she had an answer for all my questions. I later apologized to her after i started to feel bad with the way i came in and the way she was being extremely helpful and she said that she doesnt take it personal and there is no need for me to apologize. Which wierdly made me feel better. She is truly awesome! she asked me to give her a review and i thought. Why not? Tell her i said to keep up the great work!

    Marie Joseph's-Cypress Creek II HOA Hello, I have been an owner at Cypress Bend for almost a year now. I'm extremely pleased with Marie, as she just "gets it". I ran facilities worldwide for a large biotech company and dealt with many property managers over the years. Marie is easily in the top 2 of about 100 different property managers I dealt with. She is definitely an asset to EPM. She endeavors to make things that to many homeowners are complex and aggravating into something simple and understandable. Dealing with condo owners is not easy, yet Marie deals with so much with a smile in her face.

    Jessica Turnquest, does an excellent job! Whenever I call the office and Jessica answers, she always answers in a cheerful and kind voice. She will do her best to give me the information I need and if not exactly that moment, she will email and respond right away. She is definitely an asset to have in our management office.

    Efficient, Quick, and Helpful! Gabriela helped us and has been amazing. We had to get an updated estoppel for a few minor things (change of date) and each time she has been pleasant in doing so. Always efficient and a pleasure to work with!

    Overall Service In recent months I've had more than normal interaction with our management team and have to say that I believe this is the best Property staff CBII has had since I bought my unit in 2003 - most notably Jessica and Marie.
    I'd also like to thank:
    Maria, Harold and Carlos.
    I haven't had the pleasure to meet Jay but I'm including him in this KUDOS because it's a team effort.
    First, I needed documentation of something that occurred in 2013 - there was none created by the Property Manager of the time (Evan). The non-documentation was a important as if it had been recorded.
    Next: Elevator pads. It might sound trivial but as they protect the surfaces of the new elevators I want to compliment not just Jessica but her whole staff for making sure they were up when I needed them.
    Third: Jessica's turnaround time on responding to calls and email is impressive. I never feel like my questions and concerns have fallen through the cracks.

    Awesomeness in all things!! When I was looking to purchase a property In Cypress Bend II I stumbled upon the property management office in the community.From the very first minute I walked in I was greeted with a friendly ,positive and patient attitude. Jessica was super gracious to explain the application process to me and provide me with all of the information that I would need to go through it. She always treated me as a new friend never like a client or a bother. I have been super impressed with this management company and it all started with Jessica. She explained that after the paperwork was all done that she would help me through the rest. Since then I have been back to see her and amazingly enough she was still glad to see me and help me through EVERYTHING! She has been such a valuable partner , reaching out to board members for me, helping me meet deadline , following up ( who actually does that anymore!) She graciously coordinated my property inspector access to buliding areas without any hassels. My realtor was even impressed ,she said “ wow a property management company with nice people” . I know exactly how extremely blessed I am to be moving into this community!

    Best service ever! We had just gone through a horrible experience with a property we were planning to purchase. The management company was rude , uniformative, and very poorly run.My lender advised us to find other options to purchase because it was a not well funded, poorly managed community We were devastated. Our closing date was now super close and we had already given notice to our leasing department! We were super blessed to find an amazing property managed by your firm but were super stressed out by the short time we had to get this accomplished. My awesome experience began with sweet, super paitent Heather at the front desk who personally went through our encyclopedia size packet with me and answered all of my questions. She also checked it for me when I returned it like a good mom woulLd:) Then I reached out to a superhero at EPM named Chelsey Vinson and explained our situation. She was amazing, kind and diligent in processing our application in only two days!!! I really am stunned with the royal treatment we received by you guys. You should all be VERY proud!!!

    I had one of the best experiences in working with Veronica that one could imagine. She was very professional, smiling, cheerful as one could. It thoroughly looked like she enjoyed her job. As I mentioned above, Veronica helped me through the application process with the utmost in proffessionalism. She was very helpful in explaining what I needed to complete the application. She always had a smile on her face and as people passed by she would introduce me to them. Seeing that she is the 1st person you see coming out the elevator, your company is fortunate to have her on your team.

    ALWAYS RESPECTFUL AND PLEASANT Staff at office for building 5 is always very helpful and willing to listen and help if needed. I am so appreciative of having them there when I need them. They get back to me with an answer usually the same day and ALWAYS with my problem resolved. Thank God for them.
